Using the word n*gga in a endearing way should never be a option! Why would we use such a negative word used by our enemies and try to make it positive.

I never understood when Jay-Z and Ice Cube said we took the power back by us only saying it. Doesn't make any sense. Other groups don't refer themselves in a derogatory way.

I agree with this, and I pride myself on never using that word again. I’ve heard black folks use the term “They’re working me like a slave”, but that only minimizes the horrific acts of slavery. A Jew would never compare anything to the holocaust, yet, we minimize our struggle.

I’ve been saying this for years. I stopped using the N-word back in college. We had countless debates about using it as a term of endearment. But no one could explain why use it instead of “brotha” or “sista”.

Exactly!Notice the F word slur that was used at the Lbgtq community is damn near banned in this country.The N word should be banned also So why hasn’t it ?Because the enemy still wants to remind themselves who has power over you.That’s why it hasn’t been banned.

It is a horrible word, period end of sentence. The continuation of it whether it is used in any context, just breathes mindshare into it. Like a virus, quarantine from the word and correct all who use it in any context. Love unites, words like this divide.
