Thirty of these now, and it still comes down to navies that barely share a language learning to move as one fleet. That trust is the real deterrent, built long before any crisis. Well run.

Thirty nations do not become interoperable because the briefing says so. It is built in repetitions: common procedures, honest debriefs, and people who can work together before the stakes get real.
