Usually we don't realize that having a #microprocessor running #Linux, with a direct interface to an #FPGA is probably the most important achievement in decades for #embedded systems. From my point of view.

Hi Megyn Kelly. We've met in lovely circumstances a couple of times and I don't think you are an antisemite, but your comment that: "I don't think [Tucker] is an antisemite at all, but I don't really care [because he is an important voice in the national conversation]" for the very first time sent chills down my spine. I've been in touch with your team back and forth for months. Would you please consider having me on to have a civil, courteous discussion about all of this and to hear and consider platforming another view from someone who admires and respects you immensely? The conversation IS as important as you say and you can platform whoever you want. But would you please consider having another view on about it with someone who likes you and is the grandchild of four holocaust survivors? Thank you, Jeff Lax

A hurricane is heading for Europe. #HurricaneGabrielle is on track for a direct hit on the Azores, with tropical storm conditions expected in Spain & mainland Portugal. This could be one of the most severe Atlantic systems to reach Iberia.

Carney: Foreign direct investment in Canada is at its highest level in two decades, running at twice the rate of our nearest G7 peer. And we now rank as the most attractive country in the world for infrastructure investment.

We may not like OSHA. I’ve dealt with them most of my entire career. Many compare it to having an extreme HOA. But it is there ultimately to help save lives. Case in point, there is a need for OSHA regulations here. This is what happens when there aren’t any.

‼️The first footage of the impacts from Kyiv. Why are we living in a reality where there are phone calls, negotiations, and handshakes with Putin, Russians, and Russia in general? How is it possible that, for five years in a row, Ukraine still cannot get enough Patriot air defense systems, to protect its civilians, from democratic countries that call themselves allies, despite having enough of these systems in their stockpiles? How did we end up here? Something is deeply wrong with this world...

$RKLB CEO Peter Beck said ~30% of everything that went to space last year had a Rocket Lab logo on it somewhere. Rocket Lab is already far more embedded in the space economy than most people realize.

Looks like we can place UIKit views in the accessory view! 🚀 Here is a small demo of iOS 26 accessory view running with React Native Bottom Tabs 🔥 Time to think about a good API for this 😄

Run SearXNG on your local PC, with 1-Click Finally wrote a 1-click launcher for SearXNG: A free, private, local, programmable search engine. IMO the most important piece of the puzzle for running AI agents 100% locally. Supports ALL OS (Mac, Windows, Linux). Get it now!

Added a couple of examples of /better-interface, /interface-review, /explain-interface, /break and /variant to the skills page. /break is probably my favorite skill to use right now, it makes working on complex components so much easier.

This was an inflection point for me yesterday when I became a part of Paramhansa Yoganada Charitable Trust in Vrindavan - an organisation working for the welfare of the widows Visiting there made me realise that there is no definition of “enough” for each one of us in life. Whatever we have is a dream for many others. Being content is the primary goal for me at least Having a good house to live and basic needs fulfilled, will try my best to parlay my trading gains for the lives of others. It had been a life-changing day for me…

PM Meloni: The economic pressure we have exerted on Russia in recent years is ultimately the most effective weapon we have to build peace. So we have to be very careful about how we move from this point of view.

If most father's responded like this in this situation we probably wouldn't have a lot of the problems we are having in our current society

“It’s hard to believe what’s not waiting for me.” Having her say this and then having her come back to be confronted with a nightmare version of him that isn't in control of himself and is probably going to try to kill her at some point is so sick and twisted, but SO good.

#rovers 1-2 #sheffutd. All 3 goals from a defensive point of view are horrors. From an attacking point of view they are terrific finishes. Montgomery with the opener, a wonderful hit. Cannon a left footer past Pears, Peck likewise from the edge of the box. BBC Sport Lancashire

For everyone in the comments asking if the bear made it out of the car alive…yes, they generally always do. Usually it’s the police that get called to figure a way to get them out, but, here is an example of how a bear usually gets extracted from a car.
