The accused assassin of Charlie Kirk, 22-year-old Tyler Robinson, is due in a Utah courtroom for a major pretrial hearing. His defense is pushing two big motions: - A full ban on cameras and media access for the entire trial (they don't want the public seeing what's really going on). - A ridiculous SIX-MONTH delay of the preliminary hearing. This is the guy charged with gunning down Charlie Kirk in cold blood at Utah Valley University last September. Now his lawyers want to hide from the spotlight and drag their feet while prosecutors say they've got plenty of evidence and are ready to move forward. Justice delayed is justice denied.
