The statement of Aftab Alam Afridi Sahib is very clear. Police and CTD will take over lead role in Malakand Division for law and order responsibilities. However, Army will be available and be ready to act in aid of civil power, as and when required, especially to knock out the dirty heads of FAK (Fitna Al Khawaraj).

Friends we have a solution to dealing with student protests. Pl listen to this. Amit Shah PMO India PIB India Press Trust of India Th civil defence can be the first line of defence, exactly like BSF is on the borders. The riot police is standby for protection on need basis only. Can see my earlier tweet explaining it. Civil Defence is already present in all States. Can be upskilled.
