The problem is-- ignorant, working-class whites keep voting in the interests of millionaires and billionaires because they are bigots.

Also, most of those Republicans are rich and they are just looking out for themselves and their rich donors.

So companies can do stock buybacks and individuals grow their estates to fund the trusts of all future generations.
