Vanity Fair reported that Karen Read got carpet from inside 34 Fairview Road that she is paying to keep in a climate controlled storage room so that it can be tested for DNA. What wasn't reported was how she got this carpeting. On May 23, 2023 I sent Karen... Read's a video I obtained of a mysterious van parked in the driveway and the driver was putting things in the back that he was taking out of the house. I sent this to Read's attorneys, who immediately got their PI to run the license plate (I was indicted for doing that) and track down the driver. He was happy to hand over the carpeting to them. Without my investigating and journalism this wouldn't have happened. Remember this the next time the media portrays me as some sort of agitator or performer. The other day on Brother Counsel's debate with Dave Aronberg we saw how dangerous it can be when clowns attain state sanctioned power. He didn't know any of the facts, didn't care about any of the expert testimony, and baselessly said that Karen Read was acquitted due to jury nullification. But what I thought was most ridiculous was when he said there was no probable cause to search Brian Albert's house, despite the fact that John O'Keefe was invited there and was found dead on Albert's lawn. I know how ridiculous that is because Brian Tully got a judge to sign a search warrant for my house, and the probable cause was that I did a YouTube show in my house, and supposedly there would be more witness intimidation inside the house, as if it's a bloody knife or DNA. If there was just a dead cop on my lawn they'd leave me alone. The police searched every inch of my house and took over 300 pictures. I want to show you all the witness intimidation they found:

This woman was going out and decided to pull into a dark road on the side of the highway that doesn’t get much traffic. She pulls her car over and gets sets up a camera and gets out so that she could do a “fit check” to make sure her outfit looks nice. There was a man who was walking away from her, as soon as she turned her back, he turned around and started walking towards her. She should have been more aware of what was happening around her. I think the man was hoping she would stick around longer, that’s why he turned back around. Wouldn’t you pick a more busy place to do something like this instead of a remote road away from traffic. In college sometimes I was working some odd jobs to make ends meet so I didn’t have to take out a loan. That meant sometimes I was walking back to the apartment at night, most of the time it was busy and there were people still walking around in the middle of the night, getting food or trying to make it home. It was a colder night than usual, the fall goat was warning me that winter was coming. Colder nights meant less people out and about. On the way home I was going to swing by the corner store to grab something to eat so I wouldn’t have to cook. As I was walking out I saw that there were a group of people at the corner, just hanging out and having a smoke, it was dark and I couldn’t see how many there was. I turned around and went back into the store. I let the clerk know and he looked out to see what was going on and he saw them too. He said to be careful because sometimes gang members like to hang out by that corner. I couldn’t call the police because they technically weren’t doing anything but I wasn’t about to find out either. I ended up waiting until they left about 15 minutes later.c then I proceeded to walk home, but not without looking behind me to make sure I wasn’t being followed.

I just launched a brand new channel with an INSANE strategy. I'm calling it the Launch Loop. I've been working on this channel for over a year, and took the actually massive risk to hold off on posting until I had all 5 launch videos ready. Each idea was carefully selected for this strategy, and each one was carefully written to execute it. I view this channel launch, and these videos, not as individual videos but as a season of a new show. The plan was this: come up with video ideas that fit together, and write the end of each video to smoothly blend into the next. I treated the conclusion of each video as if it was the intro of the next video, so that if people enjoyed what I made and wanted to see more, they could click the next video on the End Card This was inspired by work I've done in the past: a few years ago on my YouTube strategy channel, I posted a video about Ryan Trahan's thumbnail strategy which has gotten over 2M lifetime views. But at the end of that video, I carefully wrote a transition showing video my comprehensive breakdown of 21 thumbnail formats. The End Screen video CTR on that video is 29.4% 🤯. I'm convinced that some of those 2M views must have come from the success of that end screen. I've come to believe that it's really important to bring in an audience to your CHANNEL, not just one video. That was a mistake I made in another channel I worked on before! Getting virality on individual videos, but not keeping viewers for the long term or growing an actualy community. So I thought, what if I launched a channel where every video pointed to the next, in a loop? Maybe there will be a flywheel where success on one brings success on the next, and the next, and the next... But for this plan to work the videos I made have to actually be good 😅

This week I got to interview Hamish McArthur for Climbing Gold. One of the interesting nuggets was that he said one of his gifts as a climber (besides being the first person to climb V17 in a session…) was his ability to quickly assess and learn from his movement. It inspired me to start videoing attempts on the board, and lo and behold I sent a few things with subtle tweaks to body position, etc. I guess I may have to join modernity and start using video as a tool more…

$I’ve never shared the full inside baseball on the inside fastball that broke my jaw April 5, 2008 at Ole Miss, we were facing projected 1st rounder and future Big Leaguer, Lance Lynn Before it became widespread, Lance had success pitching towards the top of the zone with a fastball that appeared to rise He got me out my first at bat on a high fastball that I should have laid off So my 2nd at bat I told myself to see the ball down in the zone My eyes jumped from his release point to the area I was trying to see the ball down to. I never ended up seeing the pitch until .01 before it hit me If you’ve ever gotten hit in the face, you don’t know what happened at first. So it took me about half a second to realize what happened When I did, I fully expected to spit teeth out and when I leaned over to spit and saw that only blood came out, I assumed I was fine Then I heard the Ole Miss head coach yell “it hit his bat,” because the cracking of my jaw sounded like a foul ball off a mental bat I turned around and yelled “shut the fuck up” at their dugout and proceeded on to first base My trainer came up to me and his first words were “oh fuck,” Knowing that was poor bedside manner, and that I was probably very fucked up, I joked “you’re not supposed to say that,” At that point I knew I was coming out of the game but I was so full of adrenaline that it didn’t hurt and wouldn’t begin to hurt for a couple hours Both the pitcher and coach felt so bad after it happened that both came to apologize to me at the end of the inning while I was beside their dugout being tended to by my trainer and their doctor I actually had to walk to the parking lot through the stadium seats and all the fans looked at me in horror as I had a white bloody rag hanging off my face. It was surreal watching their reactions to my blood We drove over to an Oxford medical center that was clearly not the best location for me to be in, so my coach’s wife drive me up to Nashville to get surgery that night We got swept that weekend and I got my jaw wired shut for the first of 6 weeks I stupidly tried to come back and play the following week. My coaches let me as I was medically cleared to hit with a face mask, but the rest of my season I was a different hitter I was hitting .400 at the time of the fracture, 2nd in the SEC, with 2 months left in the season I finished the year hitting .312. Meaning I flipped from one of the best hitters in the conference to one of the worst before and after the incident Despite finishing my Vandy career 7th on their all time hit list, this play is what I hear about the most when I return I’ve been lucky that I haven’t had much issues with my jaw thus far post incident, although I did find out that 2 of the nerves of the impacted teeth are dead, and I will likely need to get one of those teeth extracted at some point When they showed me the X Ray it was a clear break. A scary image that could have been WAY worse if it were 3 inches higher, as I likely would not be able to see out of my left eye (and wouldn’t be as handsome as I am) Anyway, to have interesting ideas you must have interesting experiences and this was certainly one$

OK, I have a definitive word on the CJ Abrams play from today's Pittsburgh Pirates at Washington Nationals game after talking with Elias Sports Bureau on this. This play will stay as a sacrifice fly. The originial ruling of NOT a sacrifice fly was for the exact same reason that I thought, which is that the infielder is not running into the outfield, which is year's past would have been correct As it was explained to me, in past years, an infielder had to be running almost in a straight line towards the outfield wall to be considered "running in the outfield". Here, since he is running, and he ends up further away from home (157 feet) than when he started (145 feet), this is going to count as a sacrifice fly. That definition is changing, in part from this play to help bring greater consistency, and to take some of the guesswork out of it (the argument that he is running into the outfield as opposed to more parallel). Now, folks all the time ask "why doesn't MLB publish the OS Manual" and I always say because it is a living document that can have the wording change, and the wording for this play will be modified to something like "more towards the outfield wall than towards home plate" to eliminate any confusion. The big key to this play is that he was running on a full sprint. Also, and this is helpful for me, but for all fly ball outs that score a run, Elias Saba reviews to ensure consistency. So, yes, it's a sacrifice fly, and now that I have that info from Elias themselves, that sort of settles this one. Sounds like the guidelines for this definition will be changing, either this season, or certainly for next season.

In the video on the left, you will see him this morning attempting to perpetuate the lie. In the video to the right, you'll see him explaining the scheme and who was involved. Of note, in reference to the call Kearney had with Read's attorneys on 04/20/2023, through his phone extraction we discovered Kearney may have illegally recorded the 16 minute call and sent that recording to multiple parties stating it was "Karen Read's attorneys". The call was placed to David Yannetti's phone number the morning Kearney published his blog about the federal investigation.

This is a complete and utter lie. There was ZERO animosity between John O'Keefe and ANY person who was there that evening. Not a good idea to make insinuations when your client is in the middle of a massive defamation suit.

Same driveway. It wasn’t that long ago I was knelt down in that same spot, taking the training wheels off her bike. Holding the seat. Running alongside. Letting go before she knew I let go. Today the car was packed, and she pulled out of that same driveway - headed to Ole Miss. She said goodbye to the dogs. To her brother. To me. And she took a piece of my heart with her 💔 I’ll see her in a couple of days. Doesn’t matter. It still hurts. But I thank God for the ache, because it means I got to be here for all of it. I get to watch her journey. I get to hold space for it. And she needs to know this, always: This is your home. I will always be here. Go be great, Princess. Dad’s got you. I love you infinitely ❤️💙

This woman was catching flack for running down the highway to stop traffic so this huge herd of geese could cross. She specifically is trying to get that truck to stop who seems intent on inching closer to the geese instead of waiting patiently like the other cars. Many were calling her a Karen. I don’t think she was a Karen at all, she’s CARING. It’s sad how people don’t want to stop for animals and would rather run them down. This is their world too, we need to learn to share it. Have you ever seen a herd of geese that large crossing a road? Do you think she was being a Karen or do you think she was being kind?

Going to the Utah Football this week, I parked on top of a parking structure directly east of Allegiant stadium. There was a dude in a silver 2000s era Tacoma, set up with a bipod, camera, and in full tactical gear, looking over the crowd. Nothing said “police” on him anywhere. And given the terrible shooting that happened in Vegas, I immediately alerted the police. This is the video of a cop talking to him. I still don’t know what he was doing from that vantage point. I do not believe he was law enforcement. I admit I could be wrong. But better safe than sorry. Here’s the video.

The Outlaw Cherie Lee is something I’ve been carrying for as long as I can remember—inspired by my love of Westerns and outlaw folk ballads. Revenge, redemption, romance, self-reliance. One continuous story, told through song. At the center is Cherie Lee — a woman willing to abandon everything she once believed to find herself in a world that never made her out to be anything at all. I built this from the ground up alongside some amazing creatives. From writing and producing to directing, casting, styling, and editing, I poured everything I have into this.
