@ruffydfire nailed it, and I do commend him on this. Kemi Adeosun was hounded out because of her focus on tax reform, but many of us didn't make the connection then. Finally,states have to empower their pple beyond wheelbarrows&shoe polish if they want to increase consumption VAT
