With 1 week left of Marathon's first season, I am proud of my progress by achieving essentially everything I really wanted to do. Got to 100, all Factions VIP, A couple of Compiler kills and most of the Cryo Archive Lore, earning a couple of titles with Graverobber finally after my first Gold key, and one hell of a vault to burn through in the final week. My only outstanding thing was never finding a Vault 6 key, so it is my only personal AI subroutine left unobtained. My first ever extraction shooter wipe, genuinely so excited for Season 2 and to see what unfolds.

It's good and al there's an bundle sale on PVE & Arena. However, just want to mention to people who is considering this bundle, that PVE is not so well treated. Even simple promo code for 1.0 release is not available for PVE such as current one, 'NIKITAONGMNPODCAST' or 'RELEASEISCOMING'. Whereas there was single code that worked on PVP & PVE 'TIKTOK1M' (which should still work). So they already have system for giving out promo code for both game mode but don't give them. I know people will say PVE easier, so no need for gear, no big deal... but why not give it if it's no big deal? it is also weird since they actively promote the game mode to sell it. Events were also PVP focused, which is understandable, but sometimes excluded PVE to have event for literal no reason (Pre-wipe events being excluded for PVE is understandable since they don't wipe). I know people will say 'Tarkov is PVP Game', but sad news to people, Tarkov is PVPVE Game. And if you exclude PVE part, the game will feel extremely empty. Whereas if you exclude PVP part, the game is still quite viable due to its in-depth of the game (we literally have PVE Game mode being sold). Literally the 1.0 release end content is PVE single player campaign in Terminal... My thoughts are that PVE definitely brought and will bring them a lot of new players and money, but Nikita or some part of the devs just don't want people to play PVE. I just wish they change their mind and at least embrace PVE players and not discriminate them. Just another thought is that needing to buy PVP game mode to be able to buy PVE Game mode is also weird. Or needing to purchase PVE Game mode even though you have PVP. I can somehow understand they put in some additional development into PVE and they have some servers for PVE to pay. Then why can't they sell only PVE mode standard copy? Why do people have to buy PVE after buying PVP? I'll leave you guys with what Nikita has been saying about PVE as video.

Morpho v2 went live today - deploying a new vault can create up to 12 contracts (instead of just the vault, as v1 did) 🤯 Here's what you NEED to know about what's new: - Users can now force withdraw out of a vault even if there is no idle liquidity, using forceDellocate. This withdraws any underlying held positions, even if the vault doesn't have any USDC to withdraw. There is a penalty fee that can be set by curators per position (currently set to 0 by everyone). - Adapters allow Vaults v2 to work with any other contract out there, and require deploying a new adapter contract for every contract. The new Steakhouse high yield instant was deployed with a single adapter around their v1 vault. This means that v2 vaults are no longer limited to just Morpho markets. - Vaults can optionally be deployed with "guardians", turning all operations into an onchain DAO. There are two DAO's created, a guardian DAO where depositers can lock their shares to vote (i.e. revoking a proposed asset cap allocation change), and a 2-2 owner dao between the vault owner and the guardian dao. Its so disheartening to even be queuing league at the moment because EVERY single game is decided by: - 3+ autofills - inflated players in games they should never exist in - matchmaking forcing diamond 4 players into 500 lp master lobbies - Soft inters because there is no punishment - duo queue that warps the entire lobby to bot laners refusing to play with team or enemy having pro duos Ping well in advance for the invade and somehow enemy ahri who is literally under enemy bot tower is first to rotate over my yone who just recalls and isnt trying to play the game. Personally as much as I love MBAACC I can't recommend it to new fighting game players. A lot of the inputs feel frame perfect with low margin for error and there's no tutorial mode. Also preferably you should read Tsukihime first so you know who the characters are. For first timers I would recomend something like FighterZ, MVC3 or if you want to do Melty Blood, start with Type Lumina. HOWEVER, MBAACC is an amazing game that's cheap and runs well and even as a new player if you have the motivation, you can learn it just like any other game.

DON'T LET YOUR BITCOIN DIE WITH YOU 💀 ⚰️ Yea look, nobody likes to admit it but we all have to die one day. As I've been talking to people about their self custody lately - both Casa members and not - I hear the same thing over and over. "What happens if I die?" Many people feel pretty good about their bitcoin security for themselves. But their family members often have no idea how to use this stuff. Hardware wallet? Seed phrase stamped on metal? Shamir's secret sharing backups using SD cards, a passphrase, and a treasure hunt through the backyard with a shovel? 😵 We're solving that problem for all Casa members, starting today with Casa Inheritance. A key design principle we kept while building this was to make it as simple as possible for Recipients (your family members that will receive your bitcoin if you pass), while maintaining Casa-level security. An estate transfer is already a stressful time for family, and it can become even more stressful if you add in a crazy treasure hunt to access a fortune in bitcoin. For our basic 3 key vaults, we wanted it to be as easy as using the app. No metal plates, no need to use a hardware wallet, no magic passwords you have to keep track of or else risk messing up the asset transfer. Simplicity is security. So how does it work, in detail? A Vault Owner (Casa member) designates a Recipient (their family or friend) in the Casa app. The Recipient receives an invite to create a free Casa account. The Recipient scans a QR code provided by the Vault Owner, which contains an encrypted version of the owner's mobile key. This encrypted key is only able to be imported by the Recipient's Casa account, and the Recipient can't initially use it or see the vault balance. If the Vault Owner passes away, the Recipient can request access to the vault in their Casa app. This starts a 6 month timer, and sends a ton of notifications every month to the owner. If the owner is still alive, they can reject the request in app. If they are not, the timer will run out. When it does, the Recipient will be able to use the shared mobile key and the request a signature from the Casa Recovery Key for the shared vault. This gives them 2 out of 3 signatures, enough to access the assets. For 5 key vault users, one hardware key is shared with the Recipient. This small increase in friction for Recipients is often worth it for the increased security and resilience of a 5 key vault for larger holdings. To summarize now that you have the details: 1. Share keys and vault access during setup 2. 6 month timelock to ensure no malicious theft 3. Use shared keys and Casa key to access assets Full setup takes less than 5 minutes. Inheritance is one of the biggest problems in self custody today.
