@sureshmoorthy09 True. There are several surgical operations mentioned in Rigveda n other Sanaatanee scriptures. Present day Rhinoplasty is detailed in Sushrut samhita. But at that time such cosmetic surgery was performed on wounded soldiers (Rishi also restored damaged lips n cheeks).

This is Chandra Kishore Patil from Indiranagar in #Nashik standing beside the #Godavari river.
