Very pleasantly surprised to discover Cursor cloud agents can playtest the godot game I built. See the (sped up) video below of the agent playtesting the game. As I was watching it play the game, I can see the agent slowly learn how the game works and familiarise with... the game's UI. I also realised that the agent is a very 'safe' player, choosing to play very safely and retreating from battle if it foresees it can't defeat. Very interesting to see. I wonder if I could simulate different game playtester behaviours that mimic different types of real-world player archetypes. With agentic playtesting, this means that the agents are able to provide actual gameplay feedback and suggestions to improve the game, having played the game itself. This unlocks a whole lot of possibilities for AI-assisted game dev, since it closes the playtest loop. This feels like the future of recursive game development, where agents can now recursively build > playtest > improve the games they are working on. HTML Artifacts are a big part of how I work with agents now. Artifacts can be more than just static files. When combined with agents, they can take action or help you take action. This unlocks all kinds of interesting ways to work with agents. This is clearly the future. Check out this writing and scheduler artifact I built in a few minutes. It uses a bit of HTML and JS. All the data is in markdown (Obsidian vaults), so the agent can access and modify it at any time. No DB needed. No sophisticated functionalities. The agent decides all that for me based on the skills, context, and memory it has access to. The best part about this simple stack is that all the important information stays with me. This has allowed me to build a recursive self-improving system and automations that can better tap into coding agents like Codex or Claude Code. I could have paid or built an entire app for scheduling posts, and there are so many of them out there. But I don't need to. I've realized a simple artifact does the job. And the simplicity of it is actually an advantage. Very little maintenance for very high returns on personalization, time, and efficiency. The other benefit of this is that I can add features as I please. That level of personalization feels magical, and we should all be pursuing more of it. All of this just keeps compounding. Of course, this example is just about writing. But I have similar artifacts for research, design, experimentation, evaluation, and so much more. And no, I didn't actually publish the post example I shared in the clip. It was just for demonstration purposes. I actually spend more time than this when writing together with agents. Lastly, having built my own agent orchestrator tool has made me realize that simplifying the tool stack is a superpower. A loop of AI agents built me a gun. It just can't make it shoot. Day 11 of building GTA 6 with a loop of agents. Yesterday I said today they'd learn to steal cars and shoot. Today's progress: - 2 weapons in - Pickup system works (we can grab weapons now) The downside: you pull the trigger, nothing happens. The loop is incredible at the overall, but shooting is the main part of the game, so I think we wire this one up ourselves. So here is the progress I'm taking shooting and sitting down to learn the physics myself with agent as support. At the same time J A Z I I takes driving by hand. The agents keep doing what they're good at. They're building out the police system and the economy right now, while I type this. Also spent the weekend in SF at a Tripo3D Donut event learning 3D art.

This is insane Ubisoft.. After spending over 200 hours with Assassin’s Creed Shadows, I can confidently say it is a masterpiece. Having played numerous AAA titles, I can attest that this stands among the best ever created. The level of detail is astounding—from the breathtaking landscapes and stunning artistry to the deep, engaging combat system and the intricate stealth mechanics. The sheer variety of ways to execute assassinations is remarkable. I keep telling my friend @AbiAkano that I can’t believe this is a Ubisoft game. Catwoman uses a grapple gun to zip up to buildings and she has a built in wingsuit. #LegoBatmanGame We already knew this, I just wanted to see it in action in a free roam setting. I’ve started to make my peace with it somewhat. I’ve already made my peace with the wing suit, but the grapple will take and getting used to only because I think she should be able to utilize her whip as the grapple and please do not give me that thing about “it’s not long enough” she was able to utilize it in the Arkham games (please see my attached screenshot reference of me literally playing Arkham city right now and the whip length) and it didn’t even properly wrap around things and the length was inconsistent when she used it to get to the top of buildings I’m not saying that she needs to be able to scale the buildings like she doesn’t ask them because I understand the movement will not work like that in this game giving the open world, but it will be very nice if her grapple to zip up to buildings was replaced with her whip. It’s a Lego game who cares about the inconsistent lengths of the whip? Regardless, I am super super excited and I cannot wait to get this game in my hands on the 19th

It's safe to say that Marvel's Wolverine failed to meet player expectations. Not only did the mainstream journalists not like it, but the gamers themselves mostly hated it. Repetitive combat, linear "on rails" gameplay, and an overall setup that insults the player instead of treating them like adults. I think the funniest part of this game's saga so far is how Kai Cenat was so excited for the game, had a costume made with all the bells and whistles of the background setup... only to rate it a 6/10, saying it was not good.
