To Rotate or To Tilt 📝 📝 Rotating around a spinal axis can feel very powerful. BUT it’s sluggish. A lot of people are misreading Shohei’s grand slam swing. They misread because they don’t know high level. One guy said “front leg, off balance out front”. Don’t let the video interfere with your opinion. 🤦‍♂️ His weight is clearly back at launch. He has very good barrel depth (means he wasn’t on his front leg at launch). You can’t get barrel depth when on a weighted front leg. He’s clearly early. So the launch was deep (rear legged) but the pitch wasn’t there yet. So he demonstrates an adjustability that only comes with HLP…..he LET the arms out to align barrel and ball. Key word: LET His barrel was already up to speed from being launched rearward. You can see it’s completely blurred out when it’s still behind him. But because his arms are not force producers, they are free and able to ‘let out’ the barrel. (He could have pulled them in if the pitch was inside) If the arms were force producers the launch would have been forward, not rearward. There would be no deep rearward barrel blur. And the arms would have been ‘spent’ at launch. They’d have no ability to do anything else. He would have made a commitment at launch to a spot, he would have ‘spent’ the arms to produce force, and that would not allow him the late arm adjustability that he shows here. Some day people will stop talking out of their ass.

👀Connecting your coaching eye to your clinical reasoning! Observe the leg cycle of the leg closest to the camera on each drill. Can you see small medium then big elliptical on the right limb and very limited ones on the left? What does limb movement and synergies say about muscle properties and pelvic structure ? Does “technique” matter? Well only if you want to load specific tissues and create protective system tension. We had a really interesting 10.6 sprinter with repeated right side hamstring strains over the past year join our hamstring workshop. UPMC Sports Surgery Clinic 💪🏾Isokinetic tests have him really really strong on both limbs. 🔋Emg told a story of right side dominance and good lateral to medial hamstring balance whilst the left side was far more imbalanced with medial hamstrings dominating action that we assumed the lateral would. 🧐When we went on to the track, we saw similar things. 🚩Notably a reluctance to open up into late swing phase, avoiding long lever eccentric stress on the distal hamstrings…. ON THE LEFT LEG! Well this was noticed across a range of exercises velocities and complexities. 🏃🏾‍♀️ Drills with speed and locomotion, static fast drills as well as static slow drills. 🧐Movement illuminates structural qualities. 🧐Can you spot the difference in these two leg cycles? The Pelvic Whip👇 A Big League pitcher’s pelvis can rotates faster that 900 Degrees per second To maximize that speed with proper timing, many of our athletes and coaches like the feeling of keeping the pelvis closed THEN Exploding! BUT, if the front side groin is tight, the lead leg will just drag the pelvis open which is a much slower version of pelvic rotation To get around this, some guys land in a valgus position (Knee Caved in) on the front leg since you don’t need full Adductor Range of Motion to do this. And Some step across body which can also work around this. This Test / Exercise To see how your groin affects your pelvis, hold your knee out while performing this exercise. You will know immediately if this affects you or not! 👊

I'm now convinced based on this video that the second and third shots were just as justified as the first. We can see that the ICE agent is being hit by the car throughout the series of shots. The leftist argument that "we are seeing the front grill of the car, therefore he was not in front of the car" does not hold. A front bumper can absolutely side-bash you. The agent at this point does not have his eyes on the wheels, he does not know where they are headed. All he knows is that there is a car striking his body and he could get swallowed under the wheels, lose a leg, or die. There is no doubt that he was correct in his belief that he was in the process of being assaulted by a potentially deadly car attack.

🚨 So the newest slop on X is "THE RING DISAPPEARS" 🤦‍♂️😂 So, the ring does not... if you keep playing the video, you can see the camera angle, color, lighting, and filters makes it seem this way. As someone who has seen this in my own videos I have edited (particularly outside in sunlight) - specifically with a Bokeh filter - I promise it isn't "AI" doing it. This is simply a filter, or (as you see with high end cameras that focus center) a focus and compression of the uploaded video. As you can see at the end of the video, the ring is quite thin and similar to his skin color. The reason people are noticing this vs other videos is because they're putting a weird, hyper-focus on his newest videos. Does anyone even know where the original "proof/evidence" that Netanyahu was dead came from? You first have to answer that before we determine what is true or debunked. People just took that for granted without explanation lol

Mark Cuban just admitted something a lot of Democrats still won’t. On the Pivot podcast yesterday he said that if he ever ran for president, he’d do it as a Republican. Why? Because he “can’t win as a Democrat, not with the DSAs and all that.” A lot of prominent names are finally acknowledging what many of us have watched for years. I worked in the pest control biz my entire life before a career pivot. I share this video about 1X per year to remind people during travel times that you can easily pick up bed bugs from family members you visit and hotels you visit during the holidays. This is why. The video is one I personally took at my days at Orkin. It’s the worst bed bug case I saw in my 25 yr pest control career. This is someone’s home. They slept in this bed every night. And the bed bugs fed every night and reproduced. YOUR problem is that individuals like this then go out to stores, to movie theaters, fly on planes, go to the doctor and sit in the waiting room chairs, come to your house for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years celebrations (or you go to theirs)…and they drop them off from the clothing they wear. German Roaches 🪳 often get introduced into people’s homes/apartments. In the video, we slid the mattress to the side (the sides of it were black from dried blood in many spots), and what you are seeing are thousands and thousands of bed bugs on the box spring.

They stood on the other side, waving and urging him to come over. The terrified toddler stumbled and fell, but the mother kept shouting for him to get up and keep going.
