Very Very Important (Must Read) If you’re a motion designer, this will be super useful for you. (Raw & Real) Coming to the point— This is my last post of 2025. Bad start but great ending—overall a good year. After creating so many motion ads and working with some... really big brands. I want to drop a few hard-earned learnings: 1. Master the language of motion before flexing effects. Every ease, every transition has to feel intentional and purposeful. It must follow natural laws(Anticipation, Overshoot) and have personality. 2. Always create at least a rough storyboard to show your vision to the client. I made this mistake once, and we had to restart the entire motion video from scratch. 3. Undercutting your rates makes you forgettable. Premium pricing = smoother projects, deeper respect, and clients who value your craft. 4. Build your own taste. Most designers are copying others’ work—mostly Zelios-inspired right now. In the beginning it’s okay, but if you want to stand out and create great work, your motion must feel unique. You can achieve this with different structures, storyboards inspired by diverse areas, and fewer, more reasonable colors. 5. Don’t just practice—also analyze and study deeply. Note down what the best ones are doing, frame by frame. 6. Go into a niche. SaaS isn’t only niche. When people say “SaaS is the next big trend,” they often just want to sell you their course. There are so many more areas in motion: type animation, titles, UI animation, collage, mixed media, and many more. This isn’t all—I’ll share more and more value in the coming year. Stop Duffing Your Wedges !! If you try and apply what you do in the long game to a 50-yard pitch shot you are in trouble. If you chase strength and power You will find “technique” If you get obsessed with being strong and moving more weight, you will self organize in your body will find the most efficient ways to create the most force Ironically, people say when you do a dumbbell row it’s not like you’re starting a lawnmower but that’s exactly the cue I use and internalize to create more force. Here is a tip I give people, especially if they are new to heavy dumbbell rowing. 1. The weight needs to come off the ground with your arms straight. You do this with a slight rise and a slight rotation and then you drive the elbow and finish with a closed elbow. This ensures tension through the longest range of motion specifically the tension at end range from the beginning.

Don’t be confused by how the story ends- choose Hope my friends - get the cynicism and negativity and pessimism out of your system. For so many of you who see this post, that framework of what you're looking for has been crushing you, not in a good way, crushing you and hurting you over the last five years. So many people are caught up in the drama and the bullshit that so many are pushing on you because they can control you when you're scared. I promise it's much more fun to choose hope and optimism, especially when it's grounded in patience, accountability, and most of all, practical truth. In the clip below, Sam Altman walks through 9 things he has seen the best founders do: #1 Get to know your users really well “The best founders do customer support themselves. They go visit their users—in the case of Airbnb they go live with them. You want to get to know your users really really well.” #2 Have a short cycle time & understand compound growth “The cycle here is basically: talk to customer to understand pain point → build product to address that → get product in front of user → see what they do → repeat cycle. This cycle is how you iterate and improve. The law of compound growth being what it is: if you can get 2% better every iteration cycle, your iteration cycle is every four hours rather than every four weeks, and you compound that over the course of a few years, you’ll be in a very very different place. Make it one of your top goals to build one of the fastest iterating companies the world has ever seen.” #3 Make a long-term commitment “Most companies have a 2-3 year time horizon. But companies are almost always a 10 year project if they work. If you think about it that way from the very beginning, you will make very different and much better decisions. I think this is the only arbitrage opportunity left in the market. Almost no one makes a fairly long-term commitment to a new project. Nawiwi: "Whether to renew the contract or not, we already had an official discussion about a month ago with both the parents coming to talk to me and the team. We talked and seemed to understand each other, and the artist and parents said they would give a response in 2-3 days, but more than a month has passed now. No matter how many times I ask, there is no answer, and it’s not clear. This is what we got, so we don’t know either. I have had staff follow up with the artist many times asking what the response is. What the plan is, what was agreed on. They were supposed to give a summary back because we already gave the solution and they wanted to propose something. We wanted to listen but they just disappeared. From three days to more than a month now, no matter how many times I ask, no response. Probably not coming, probably busy lately. I see them just playing fitness and liking all the fans’ posts first. So, fan clubs when you say you want that person to have work, you have to see if they actually want to do it, like it, or just have to endure it. You have to see who they really are, uh... yeah. You have to see the reality too... We are ready to support and open opportunities in every case. Even if you say how many million per year you want, write it down and we will arrange it for you. If you don’t trust us, go trust someone else, and it will turn out like this. But we are not saying it’s not everyone’s personal right. We have done our job perfectly, called the parents to a meeting, made a contract agreement to give feedback to each other, but there was no feedback, so it’s over. MT2.. my, originally i wanted to put it out this year, but i kind of want to take my time just prepping it a little bit more. so it probably won't happen this year. but i'm working on it. ●Mark: i'll probably put out a few singles this year just to put music out, put some songs out this year. and then we'll see next year maybe MT2. 260109 WVS #MINGYU #민규 🌟 🐶: at some point, i’ll go to the military too. until then, i want to properly finish up the things i’m doing right now and prepare well the things i can give you as gift so that you can be satisfied. because my personality isn’t really like if i just do it, everything’s good. for everything, there has to be a justification, and for everything, there has to be a reason. detail is more important than quantity. it’s great to see you often, but how we see each other is also really important. i feel like these days my personality has become more cautious, and i’m living more carefully, more detail-oriented. you know what i mean, right.

Being rich is not FU MONEY. (sorry for the low volume. there are critters around me) There are many people in this space who are "rich". But they are not free. If you ask a lot of people "What does it mean to be free?" you get 3 core principles. "Being free means to do what I want, when I want, and with whom I want." 1. To do "what you want" you have to know yourself and what makes you happy and fulfilled. To have purpose. 2. "When I want" means time. This is you most precious gift, pleb. I see my last block out there on the horizon being mined. Don't waste time. Understand when you have enough, and get on with your life. 3. "With whom I want" means you need to cultivate deep friendships NOW so that at the end of your life people remember you as someone they admired and loved. There are people in this Bitcoin space who will never have enough things, or enough Bitcoin. They will stand in front of you at a Bitcoin conference and never engage with you while "working the room" with their eyes. You can have FU MONEY sooner than you think. Think quietly on the above and realize it is not a number. It's what is between your ears and in your heart.

of course we must be thoughtful and understand the macro impacts of massive new technologies but too many of you are staying away or demonizing ai out of fear it will make you lose your job or hurt you financially when in fact this is your biggest opportunity maybe ever to grow and expand and create your dreams.. in life theres a saying i believe very deeply … “You See what you’re looking for” TOO many in my community are seeing the downside …i hope some of you use this post to see the “upside” and start learning about these platforms and tools and use them to better your life and situation !

In the clip below, Sam Altman walks through 9 things he has seen the best founders do: #1 Get to know your users really well “The best founders do customer support themselves. They go visit their users—in the case of Airbnb they go live with them. You want to get to know your users really really well.” #2 Have a short cycle time & understand compound growth “The cycle here is basically: talk to customer to understand pain point → build product to address that → get product in front of user → see what they do → repeat cycle. This cycle is how you iterate and improve. The law of compound growth being what it is: if you can get 2% better every iteration cycle, your iteration cycle is every four hours rather than every four weeks, and you compound that over the course of a few years, you’ll be in a very very different place. Make it one of your top goals to build one of the fastest iterating companies the world has ever seen.” #3 Make a long-term commitment “Most companies have a 2-3 year time horizon. But companies are almost always a 10 year project if they work. If you think about it that way from the very beginning, you will make very different and much better decisions. I think this is the only arbitrage opportunity left in the market. Almost no one makes a fairly long-term commitment to a new project. But if you do that, you will think in a different way, you will hire different people, and it will work very well.” #4 Stay lean until everything is working really well “In the early days, when you’re experimenting and zig zagging, you’re like a fast little speed boat and want to be able to turn the whole company on a dime. You can’t do that if you’re a big company—cash burn aside, which is another problem. If you build a team of great people and you have a product that people love, you’ll have a 90%+ chance of success. Those are both really hard to do, and they’re independent variables. But don’t ignore the team component. The best CEOs I know spend huge amounts of their time recruiting and retaining good talent.” #6 Relentless execution “You have to keep going, and do things perfectly, and get all of the details right. You have to care too much about every experience that a customer has with your company.” #7 Startups are about not giving up “One of the very best companies in the last YC batch applied 7 times before they got in. This is just a version of what happens in startups all of the time: you get beat down, again, and again, and again. And that last time when you get pushed down and don’t think you have enough energy to get back up—that’s the time it actually works. This is what you sign up for if you’re going to start a startup.” #8 Fiduciary duty to take care of yourself “This is a 10 year marathon and you have a fiduciary duty to your shareholders to take care of yourself.
