In ds mario cart, theres a system where your initial boost is higher than a mushroom/boost pad, and via nonstop mini turbos they can keep it the whole race. Maybe thats something you find interesting

I've said it before and I'll say it again: The neutral-grip lat pulldown is by far my favorite variation. I'm able to connect best with it - try to keep shoulders pinned down (think: keep shoulders away from ears) - intentionally reach up on the eccentric (but be sure to keep load on lats) - drive elbows into hips, DONT think: "I need to pull this bar down" - I like to pretend my entire lat is a 3 inch piece of string that goes from the top of my lat to the very top of my arm, and just try to contract that small area (see picture)

🚨 How to make FSD go above the speed limit, and stick to it! 🚨 Got tired of pressing the accelerator and then have FSD slowing down again Decided to put an idea to the test, and found the solution to the problem 👇🏼 The key word is Delta V. Say you’re driving on 103 actual speed and, depending on the offset, you scroll down the max speed setting to 106 Once you hit that Delta V of 3 kph between actual speed and max speed you feel the car starts accelerating From then onwards you can just keep on scrolling the speed up (not too fast) and it will keep accelerating and stick to your speed setting But once the car loses speed it doesn’t accelerate back up to the set speed again The testing continues…

This crash, quickly spikes force under the lead foot We can use this to speed up our body rotation, and get more energy to the club Also exaggerating a some more wrist cock in transition, I tend to release my wrist angles very early It can be really interesting how easy you can hit certain speeds without really trying sometimes 125 is pretty good for me, and I didn’t really “try” to hit it hard until the late downswing I was going a bit slower than usual in the backswing and transition to try and incorporate the technique moves I am working on Are you planning to work on speed this off season?
