I have seen where courts have ruled and even INEC recognised a particular individual as the authentic chairman of a political party but the Nigerian media will still be interviewing the other people who lost in courts as "factional". I have always wondered where the faction is coming from. It's just like me waking up one day and saying I am the owner of Dangote Group and then the media will invite me and interview me as the factional owner of Dangote Group. As crazy as it sounds but that's what our media houses do by inviting expelled members of a party who both the courts and even INEC have dismissed and still recognise them as a faction of the party. But, of course, they want to insert themselves into it, acting as if #PrinceHarry or #Meghan is interested in meeting them.
