Video bitrot / corruption help! This is me as a bebe.. when I scroll thru the vid there's enough frames to make out what's happening but when I press play a lot of the vid is corrupted. There has to be some sort of AI program now that solves...

When I talk about the total collapse of Zimbabwe’s public healthcare system, some think I am just politicking. This happened in the early hours of this morning—this young man brought his mother to Zimbabwe’s biggest public health hospital group, Parirenyatwa, and there was nobody to help him. Some will only understand this when it lands on their doorstep. These are the direct consequences of corruption, for every dollar stolen, there is a price to be paid by ordinary citizens. The silence when this slow genocide is happening is tacit approval of it, thousands of Zimbabweans are dying while the looting carries on!
