𝐀 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐚𝐰𝐝𝐚𝐡 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐡𝐞𝐭 ﷺ. Four police officers arrested a young man near the blessed Rawdah of the Prophet ﷺ. Without saying a word, they immediately tied his hands behind his back with a rope. The young man kept asking, "What have I done? I'm neither a thief nor a criminal. Why are you treating me like this?" An elderly man had been watching the entire scene from a distance. He approached the officers and said, "I know this young man." The police asked, "How do you know him?" The elderly man replied, "I always see him standing or sitting in front of the Prophet's ﷺ Rawdah, sending salutations (salawat), offering salam, and weeping. Why have you arrested him? Is he a thief?" The young man was an Albanian, around 35 or 36 years old, with shoulder-length hair and a light beard. The police replied, "No, he is not a thief. He is from Albania and has been living in Madinah for six years without legal residency documents. We have tried many times to deport him back to Albania, but every time we arrest him, he somehow escapes. We always find him again in the Prophet's Mosque. This time, we had no choice but to tie him up immediately." The elderly man asked, "What will you do with him now?" They answered, "We will enforce the law. We are taking him to the airport and putting him on a plane back to Albania." The young man wept, realizing that this time he might truly have to leave the city of Madinah—the city filled with the memories of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. After a while, he pleaded with the officers: "Please understand. I do not steal, rob, deceive, or harm anyone. I came here only out of love for the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. I have no worldly purpose." The officers replied, "That is not enough. According to the law, you must return to your country. Foreigners cannot remain here without legal permission." As they escorted him out of Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, the young man made one final request. The officers allowed him. He looked toward the Green Dome and, overcome with emotion, cried out: هل هكذا كان الاتفاق بيننا؟! "O Messenger of Allah! Was this our agreement? I left my business, my family, and my parents so that I could become your neighbor, but now they will not let me stay." As he uttered these words, he collapsed to the ground. The officers initially thought he was pretending to faint so he could escape again. But when they lifted him up and poured water on his face, he did not respond. One officer exclaimed, "Perhaps he has suffered a stroke or a heart attack. Call an ambulance immediately!" An ambulance arrived and took him to the hospital. After examining him, the doctor said: "He passed away about an hour and a half ago." The officers broke down in tears, saying: "By Allah, while carrying out our duty, we never realized the depth of this man's love for the Messenger of Allah ﷺ." After he was washed, prayed over, and prepared for burial, he was taken to Jannat al-Baqi' and buried there. The young man who was supposed to depart for Albania instead departed for Jannat al-Baqi', leaving behind a moving example of love for the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. Shiloh Hendrix Found Guilty on One Count in Racial Slur Video Case, Sentenced to Probation A Rochester, Minnesota jury reached a split decision late Thursday in the disorderly conduct trial of Shiloh Hendrix. The case stems from an April 2025 playground incident in which she used the N-word toward an 8-year-old Black autistic boy after he took an applesauce pouch from her diaper bag, an act she described as defending her child’s property. (Video: AI) After roughly nine hours of deliberation, the jury found Hendrix guilty on one count of disorderly conduct related to the viral aftermath video and not guilty on the second. She was sentenced to one year of probation, a $1,000 fine, 200 hours of community service, and a stayed 90-day jail term. Rochester NAACP chapter president Wale Elegbede called the outcome a “mixed result,” stating, “There isn’t a path to restorative justice where there’s no remorse.” Defense attorney Brian Karalus strongly disagreed with the conviction, calling the proceedings a “fraud” and a “circus,” and indicated plans to appeal. Many observers have raised concerns that the conviction represents an assault on free speech, arguing the words, while offensive, do not meet the legal threshold for unprotected “fighting words.” A growing number of people are asking why this case was ever brought to court at all, and whether selective enforcement risks undermining the First Amendment.

Dusty Turner is a former Navy SEAL who was wrongfully convicted of murder. He spent 30 years in prison for a crime he did not commit, which has drawn significant public attention and legal scrutiny. Dusty was a graduate of BUD/S (Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL) training and was assigned to SEAL Team 4 in Norfolk, Virginia. In June 1995, he was involved in a tragic incident that resulted in the death of Jennifer Evans. Dusty was initially convicted based on misleading testimony. Dusty was convicted in 1996 and sentenced to a lengthy prison term, despite being guilty only as an accessory after the fact. In 1999, his co-defendant, Billy Brown, confessed to the murder, stating that Dusty had no role in it. This confession was not revealed until 2002. Turner admitted to helping hide Evans’ body, but he consistently denied being involved in her death, which he said happened when Brown strangled her in a fit of drunken rage. In 2008, a court found Brown's recantation credible, leading to a Writ of Innocence for Dusty, declaring him "actually innocent." The Virginia Attorney General appealed this decision, and in 2010, the full Court of Appeals ruled that Dusty could still be liable under the felony murder rule, despite the lack of evidence presented during his original trial. Dusty Turner's wrongful conviction highlighted significant flaws in the justice system, particularly regarding the reliability of witness testimony and the application of the felony murder rule. His case has raised public awareness about the need for criminal justice reform and the importance of ensuring fair trials to prevent similar injustices. Dustin “Dusty” Turner was released from a Virginia facility on Thursday, March 5th. Clad in a t-shirt and khaki pants, he emerged from prison with long hair and a beard after serving 30 years for a murder he didn’t commit.

This is Biola Adams-Odutayo, who hit and ran over Teejay. *A Night of Tragedy* After a long day at work on March 4th, Teejay went to the Fitness gym in Victoria Island before heading home on his power bike. At about 10:20 PM, as he rode along Ozumba Mbadiwe, Victoria Island, Lagos, he had the right of way when Miss Biola Adams-Odutayo, driving a vehicle with licence number LND 418 JR, merged onto the expressway without considering approaching traffic, crashing into him. Biola and her friend had just left a restaurant by the expressway after dinner. Despite having a driver, she chose to drive herself and asked her driver to follow behind in her friend's car. Though fully equipped with safety gear, Teejay was knocked unconscious and left sprawled on the road. After the crash, Biola Adams-Odutayo refused to step out of her vehicle to check on Teejay. Bystanders and good Samaritans rushed to help, begging her to assist, but she did nothing. When they approached her friend, they were reportedly told: "She doesn't want blood to stain her car." As Teejay lay unconscious but still breathing, Biola—a healthcare professional and Head of Health at a reputable insurance brokering firm—chose to stay on a phone call for over 30 minutes instead of helping save a life. Meanwhile, bystanders desperately tried to get Teejay to a hospital. Many cars refused to stop, but they eventually convinced an Uber driver to assist. Teejay was taken to two different hospitals, but both refused to admit him. Desperate to save his life, the Samaritans returned to the accident scene, placed Teejay in a minibus (korope), and forced Biola to accompany them, hoping her presence would prevent further rejections. She reluctantly followed. The only reason she remained at the scene was because bystanders physically prevented her from leaving. Help Teejay get justices…

🚨 Possible verdicts in the Lindsay Clancy trial The jury in the Lindsay Clancy case (Plymouth Superior Court) is now deliberating three counts of first-degree murder. Because she has admitted causing the deaths, the main question is whether she was criminally responsible and, if so, which level of homicide applies. Massachusetts has no death penalty. For each child the verdict slip gives these options: 🚨1. Guilty of first-degree murder Requires proof of either deliberate premeditation or extreme atrocity/cruelty (or both). This is a mandatory sentence of life in prison without parole. 🚨2. Guilty of second-degree murder The jury finds she caused the deaths with malice (intent to kill, intent to cause grievous bodily harm, or an act a reasonable person would know created a plain and strong likelihood of death) but without the extra first-degree elements. Sentence is life with the possibility of parole. 🚨3. Guilty of manslaughter A lesser included offense the judge allowed the jury to consider. This would mean the deaths resulted from wanton or reckless conduct rather than murder. Maximum sentence is 20 years per count; the judge decides whether sentences run concurrently or consecutively. 🚨4. Not guilty by reason of lack of criminal responsibility (NCR) The defense theory: she had a mental disease or defect (postpartum psychosis) that left her unable to appreciate the wrongfulness of her actions or to conform her conduct to the law. The prosecution must disprove this beyond a reasonable doubt. An NCR verdict is an acquittal on the criminal charges, but it triggers civil commitment to a secure psychiatric facility under Massachusetts law. She would not simply walk free. The 12 deliberating jurors must be unanimous on each count. A hung jury on any count would produce a mistrial on that charge and the possibility of a retrial.

As always, while watching some scenes from the episode, I get this déjà vu. And this time it happened during the hospital scene. I’m honestly 100% sure that the earlier almost miscarriage situation was intentional. It felt like they wanted to show us Serhat’s reaction when his child and the woman carrying his child were in danger and then later contrast it with his reaction when the woman he truly loves, the other half of his soul, is the one fighting for her life. I will never stop appreciating Ilhan’s acting. From episode one people doubted him, saying he only had one expression. But back then that was Serhat… the controlled doctor, M’s husband, the surgeon who keeps everything inside. Now he’s completely different. The emotional shift is almost 180 degrees from that version of Serhat. From the cave scene to the hospital scene the emotions were already intense, but the hospital was a masterpiece. The way he could barely stay standing, the way he allowed himself to cry openly even though his guards were around him! he didn’t care. Because the woman he loves had just been lifeless in his arms. And look at the details: he went down on his knees twice in this episode for her. A man as powerful and towering as a mountain fell to his knees because he felt utterly helpless! First in the cave, when he realized he was helpless! she was fainting, the venom in her blood was faster than anything he could do, and his strength meant nothing in that moment. Then again in the hospital, when he finally reached his limit and simply couldn’t stay standing anymore😭 And this is the same man who showed almost no emotion when his father died. The same man who barely reacted when his mother had a heart attack. The same man who stayed composed when his legal wife nearly miscarried. The contrast is INSANE. thank you, #ilhanşen 🥹 Thanks to everyone who wrote Serhat’s character this way, and thanks to Ilhan for delivering it so powerfully. And thanks for all the tiny micro-details that people like me (the ones obsessed with details) will always notice.😭🤏🏻 #HalefKöklerinÇağrısı

🔞The former Montenegrin Secretary of State created an account on OnlyFans after resigning due to a sex scandal. Now, Mirjana Pajkovic is no longer an official, but a "Sexy Lawyer" — under this name, she created an account on the platform. The scandal began several months ago, when a video leaked online, in which Pajkovic was allegedly having sex with Dejan Vukšić — a married former director of the national security agency and adviser to President Jakov Milatović, according to the Montenegrin newspaper Pobjeda. The woman claimed that she was a victim of violence, but the scandal could not be avoided. Pajkovic and Vukšić denied each other's accusations and even filed criminal complaints. "She claims that she was subjected to blackmail and threats for several months, and that Vukšić was behind all this. As evidence, she published an alleged correspondence with him and emphasized that the threats even came from a landline phone in the office of the head of the Montenegrin state," notes Euronews. 💅While the investigation is ongoing, Pajkovic decided to register on OnlyFans. She announced the launch of the page on Instagram, posting a video from the jacuzzi. In the recording, women's legs are visible in the water, and in the background, a man's voice can be heard saying something about "a political, illegal decision". In the caption to the video, she asked questions about whether "state decisions are made in a jacuzzi and whether security secrets remain secrets". - ZN

🚨NEWS: One of the most despicable examples of our weak justice system The family of Aria Thorpe have launched a campaign seeking a retrial against the killer of their 9 year old daughter who he stabbed to death The still to this day unnamed killer due to his age was 15 when he stabbed Aria in December 2025 The teen claimed he was playfighting with her, a girl 6 years younger than him at the time, and moved an 8 inch knife in her direction to make her flinch, he says Aria moved towards the knife using her own force to plunge it into her chest No one with half a brain believes this story The boy didn't call emergency services or anyone for help He fled the scene and went to a local train station where he spoke to several people he appeared to know and appeared to re-enact the moment he stabbed her This can be seen on CCTV below 👇 He told them he was trying to get away from "everything - police, family. Everything". But someone called the police and he was luckily arrested on the train before it departed Prosecutors told the family it was a 'slam dunk' case and the boy would be prosecuted for murder, if not, at least manslaughter The family claim the judge mislead the jury during the trial and they claim it is one of the most shocking miscarriages of justice they've known I hope the family get justice for Aria And I hope the UK legal system gets a massive overhaul with judge's held accountable for their appalling actions May you rest in peace Aria 🙏
