VIDEO | "The SC in a historical judgement has sought to stop the illegal demolitions that have been taking place in the country in the last 2-3 years. The SC has said that if there is an illegal demolition, there will be personal liability of the official, and they will restitute that property from their own money. The court has made sure there will be a 15 days notice that will be given, the notice will also be pasted on the wall of the property that has to be demolished, that notice is to be sent to the DM on the same date, with recorded through e-mail and otherwise, and that cannot be backdating of any notice, which was one of the agreements, and by doing this the SC has sought to stop the juggernaut of the bulldozer action and we are sure the state will be bound to follow," says advocate Anas Tanweer on SC judgement on bulldozer action. #Bulldozeraction #SC
