While Vikings (DNKI) are freely holding their convention in Rivers State (a state where they were formed), other cult groups cannot even gather in the states where they were formed. Some are afraid of rival groups because of the past violence they created in the state. Others avoid their home state because they don’t want their members exposed due to past sins. In some cases, Faction 1 controls the state, and Faction 2 is too scared to enter the state. When you bring too much violence into your own home, you eventually become an enemy in that same house, and the house begins to chase you.
