If you're thinking that sounds nuttier than squirrel excrement... a GOP candidate for Governor in Colorado in 2022 proposed doing away with one-person one-vote. His plan would have turned double-digit GOP losses into Republican landslides in Colorado.

And if you're thinking that surely someone who proposed doing away with one-person one-vote in state elections is an outlier, I'd like you to meet US Congressman Greg Lopez. With the backing of Rep Lauren Boebert, he won a special election to CO-4 for the rest of this year.

@nexton9news It’s like they are really desperately trying to go back to when only landowners could vote. Every policy they have is regressive or just plain dumb.

@nexton9news Also, wtf is he talking about? Colorado state House districts go overwhelmingly blue.

@nexton9news I wonder if that viewer knows that Unaffiliated voters are 48% of Colorado's electorate followed by Democrats then Republicans.

@nexton9news For those who don’t agree with elections that are free, fair and include the votes of as many eligible citizens as possible…

@nexton9news Was it Congressman Greg Lopez?

@nexton9news How about get rid of mail in ballots

@nexton9news LaPlata County is also blue!

@nexton9news We laugh at the stupidity, but Texas republicans are trying to do exactly that.
