Did the same with no new code. Uses the same code as all other 84 #cloudnative COG/FGB layers. Does much more than display. You can also analyze. Clicking footprint shows area and FEMA flood zone(s) intersection:

Nice work! How did you solve the max zoom issue? This PMTiles seems only support zoom level up to 13
