He then makes another comment about his cabinet ministers, but the comments from the Croatian prime minister he was responding to is inaudible, so the context is difficult to make out. Regardless, it shows yet more contempt that Carney has for Canada's representative democracy. He'd like to have all the power in his own hands.

Wes Stringer, who has no prior military experience, has been appointed as the Minister of Defence. He previously held the position of Minister of Health. Ed Miliband, the younger brother of David Miliband, who held the same position from 2007 to 2010, has been appointed as the Minister of Foreign Affairs. Burnham is the first openly Catholic Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. According to the Catholic Relief Act of 1829, he is not permitted to advise the King on appointments within the Anglican Church, and this responsibility must be delegated to another member of the cabinet.
