“We’re really sorry that some people are having issues with our service at the moment, especially around the availability of the scooters”, say TIER. “There’s a lot going on behind the scenes to improve it.” Listen to TIER’s spokesperson (02:42:00) ⬇️

It's a disaster, they are more dangerous as they constantly cut out and will then suddenly, randomly, take off. All the points made here, plus there are never any around, often a 10 min walk to find one. Once again the council fails to do due diligence.

Exactly the same problems in Bath & they have been there a month longer, also less parking areas as the weeks go on. Cutting out is a serious safety issue as is the lack of speed regulation/regenerative going down hills. @tier_mobility and @WestofEnglandCA get this sorted

They also lack the power to get up most of Bristol's hills. I've largely given up on them.

@BBCBristol Usability of the app is terrible. Would be nice to know if there’s parking spots somewhere before getting there

@BBCBristol Neither. Scrap them.

Voi all day, a fabulous means of transport but somehow Tier have made it more hassle than good!

Tried it once and I won't be coming back. Where do you start? Crap app More expensive - just 30 mins on the day pass Slower scooter with frequent cutouts Difficulty ending a ride Dan Norris and WECA have somehow managed to wreck a success story with a new supplier

The tiers have been wank
