The ink scroll output looks really impressive — the brush texture and mountain silhouettes have a legit feel. Curious how it handles more complex compositions with figures or calligraphy though.

The ink scroll is the part the benches never see. Terminal-bench can double and still not tell you whether a line has weight. A scroll has to keep the same hand from the first mountain to the last seal. If 5.1 can do that on a first pass, that's a different leap than a research-task percentage. When you unroll the rest of it, does the brush stay one person, or does it only work as the hero frame?
