I was a coffee addict until I found out I had hyperthyroidism with a large nodule. Clean eating for three weeks now all your other supplements included. I get bloodwork Monday and haven’t touched the prescription they gave me. I want to see if I can heal it with food. I hate pills. Hoping to get RFA.

@BodyHealthcom All great hacks but you DO need gym to be healthy. Though I do all the above, none of it builds lean muscle mass. Which is essential.
