That's something out of a horror movie. Is the entire city of Portland trashed like this?

Homeless people have made it impossible for everyone else to be able to enjoy Portland. This is so wrong on so many levels.

When did this start? At what point in time did this ghettofication become acceptable. I realize that cities like New York, Detroit and such have had their areas like this for decades, but... Portland? Where have we gone wrong?

Rights have to be suspended. The mentally ill need to be hospitalized to get help. Drug addicts need to be forced to get treatment. What is not being done now is wrecking it for everyone.
