The way Walt just disregards Badger's mentioning of Jesse here, he could have told him not to call him. That would have avoided the whole Hank finding the RV thing. Then he wouldn't have had to do the fake call. Then Jesse wouldn't have gotten pummeled. Then Hank would have still had his gun. Then the Salamanca twins would have been handled in short order. Then (in addition to the random parking lot shopper being eliminated). Hank wouldn't have had to learn to walk again, and likely not dug into all the Gale documents, finding the W.W. note. Walt's disregard of Jesse caused a domino effect. "What about him?" His arrogance caused many issues.

When asked why he was kicked off he said the reason was they took him out of the game (for who knows what) and they didn’t speak to him about it.
