Again, I could be coping and this is just my speculation. #EscapefromTarkov BSG has posted downtime for 3 hours a bit ago. Whereas this seems like a reasonable maintenance, I think it could be 'Actual' Kolotun event. Nikita loves saying 'we love to give you surprises' and i think we are getting one soon. Speculation point #1. We have not yet unlock the New achievement. (image 1 - makes me think we might get super blizzard, etc.) Speculation point #2. There's cultist on top of the church of the poster for the kolotun event, indicating we still need to go to church & meet cultist (image 2, could be red herring tho) Speculation point #3 As i said earlier, nikita wants surprises. In order to do that, they dropped not too much entertaining event quests as of now, To maximize further incoming BIG EVENT. They've done this before. Speculation point #4 the videos nikita keeps posting could be anything, but most of visual videos he done was related to actual game or in-game event. He has been posting quite frequently. As much as I prepared myself, knowing SM for TaeKook was coming, once I heard the news, my heart sank. 😔 I am truly conflicted. On the one hand, I am upset and sad that it wasn't completely their choice and that they have to sacrifice themselves for 🏢 that I feel doesn't value them greatly as people and artists. At the same time, Taehyung and Jungkook will hopefully get relief from toxic fans, greedy business, and the dangerous people hounding them. I would have wanted things different for them, but I respect their ultimate choice given the circumstances, and I will continue to love and support them while they are doing their service and forevermore. Ultimately, I am comforted by the fact that #TaeKook kept their promise to go in together, meaning they'll also come out together (around the same time). This means they won't have to wait for each other alone for too long. There’s two kinds of traders. The one that is able to walk away and the one that revenge trades. Overtrading kills more accounts than anything else. I used to be this way, getting angry that price wasn’t going my way and pushing the button again and again until I blew up all my accounts. It takes a lot of inner work, but believe me it’s worth it to work on not just your strategy and executions, but your mental game as well. Being able to walk away from the screen before it’s too late is a real skill set to work on. Don’t be the guy that revenge trades. Strategies that worked for me: 1. Writing down my game plan at the start of the morning. As long as I followed my plan, it’s a win. 2. Having pictures of family on my trading desk. Trading for others and not just yourself is important, it keeps you grounded. 3. Having alarms go off on my phone at the end of the session to bring me back to reality and remind me to walk away.
