Mini sites let me share the inspiration, narrative, and thought process behind my work in a way Instagram posts can’t. 2️⃣ To create an experience I want my designs to feel more than physical. These sites extend the experience, letting you interact with and explore the project digitally in a playful way. 3️⃣ To showcase details Instagram is great, but it’s limited. Mini sites give me a bigger canvas to share high-quality images and intricate design details in the way they deserve to be seen. 4️⃣ To gauge interest Through email signups, I can see how excited people are about a project. It’s also a great way to connect directly and offer updates or early access. 5️⃣ To build independence By hosting these sites, I’m growing a direct connection with my audience—independent of vendors or platforms. ✨ I revived my first AI startup from 6 years ago with Claude Code [ 💡 ] Back then it used GPT-3 (this was 2 years before ChatGPT existed!) to generate new startup ideas which then people can vote on And the best startup ideas rise to the top! Back then I made it because people complained they didn't have any ideas to build a startup This week I moved it to its own VPS and installed Claude Code and told it to fix everything, the DB had become big and there was stupid write operations on every page load that it made it very slow Claude Code is excellent at fixing all those small bugs from old projects and quickly fixing them As Garry Tan says "boil the oceans" as in before I'd not have the time to fix these kinds of projects, it wouldn't be worth it, I mean IdeasAI doesn't even make money, but now it takes me an hour to do this and it works again! I also upgraded GPT-3 to xAI's Grok 4.2 for new startup ideas

Omega Programming: Omega programming is self-destruct programming designed as the last line of defense to prevent information leaks. Hey Punks! Exactly 8 years ago (to the minute) I claimed my first punk. In the years since we've seen a ton of incredible ways the community has shown up for the project and created public goods for the ecosystem and here's yet one more for y'all to nerd out on. Excited to share a fun little tool for y'all I've been working on with Generative Goods and embroidery wizard (DCA) Daniel Calderon Arenas. Put your punkID in the box and get professional quality DST (embroidery) files of your punk in a variety of sizes. I see people wearing their punks all the time and after spending the last few years deeply studying machine embroidery understand how annoying and complex it can be to get a good digitized version of your punk. A good digitization can cost $100 and that's for a single sized output. The punk embroidery generator will give you a range of sizes in stitch-perfect outputs for any of the 10k punks plus for the DIY folks a cross-stitch pattern for you to make your own by hand (s/o to Fanny Lakoubay and Rachel Suzanne Tien Wood who completed theirs of STONE's #98 recently 🙌). We've put some instructions on the site to help you through the process, plus some embroidery machine recommendations in case you want to go all out and make them look at feel professional. Note: GenGoods is not set up to do the embroidery for these (our system uses the same 15 colors across all our projects and Punks use way more colors across all the various outputs) but the downloads on the site give you exactly what you need to walk into any embroidery shop and have them make your punk for you. We suggest thread colors in the tool but that's just to get you started. A good embroidery shop will have tons to pick from so just pick the colors that best match your punk. People will only be able to select NFT based characters if they own the corresponding NFT. The rxelms FPS mini game will allow for community made, NFT based weapons, weapon skins and poses/emotes. We’ll provide documentation and guides on how the community can take part in the creation of these items. People who don’t own an NFT from a rxelms partner project will be able to select a humanoid character. We plan on working with NFT project leads/managers and the community in general to develop unique characteristics for the in-game play style of each character, things like special weapons, speed, agility, strength, etc. Over-time we hope this will create a fun, fair and competitive #game. Maybe those #MNGO/Vlad, limited edition sneakers make you run a little faster in the FPS. The FPS will also have a play to earn aspect. Project managers will be given the option to allow their #rxelm to be used as a map for the FPS, we may look at ways to add another revenue stream for partner projects by giving them a cut of any token exchanges that occur through the #FPS mini-game. Future Mini-Games​ We're also looking into developing two other mini-games, a Street Fighter/Mortal Kombat style game and a Twisted Metal style game. I do all marketing, distribution, customer research. What I bring to the table: • deep expertise in social media marketing/distribution/email marketing/copywriting • total audience of 160k + 42k newsletter (that's a lot of eyeballs ready to see what we build) • big network of creators we can use to co-market • experience building media companies from scratch • sold over 7 figs worth of products to an audience before I deeply care about product so I'll be involved in everything but the coding side. I will document our journey with build in public content (X, LinkedIn, YouTube). You don't need to be part of the content if you don't want to, I'll gladly be the dancing monkey.
