@FredDiBiase247 Anti-carb will only give you symptom remission for so long but it wont work long term. More importantly carbs are not the root cause (not even close) and excluding them from the diet is not optimal health.

To conquer diabetes naturally, focus on a balanced diet rich in whole foods, regular exercise, and stress management. Here are some key strategies: 1. Dietary Changes: - Limit Refined Carbohydrates: Replace refined grains and sugars with whole grains, legumes, and vegetables. - Increase Fiber Intake: Include high-fiber foods like whole grains, legumes, fruits, and vegetables to help regulate blood sugar levels. - Healthy Fats: Incorporate healthy fats from sources like avocados, nuts, seeds, and olive oil. - Protein: Include lean proteins such as fish, poultry, and plant-based proteins like tofu and tempeh. 2. Exercise: - Aerobic Exercises: Regular aerobic activities like brisk walking, swimming, or cycling can improve insulin sensitivity and help manage blood sugar levels. - Strength Training: Incorporate resistance exercises to build muscle, which can improve glucose uptake and help with weight management. 3. Stress Management: - Mind-Body Techniques: Practices like yoga, meditation, and deep breathing can help reduce stress and improve overall well-being. - Sleep: Ensure you get adequate, quality sleep to support your body's natural healing processes. 4. Supplements: - Vitamin D: Deficiency in vitamin D is linked to insulin resistance. Consider supplementation if levels are low. - Chromium: Chromium may help improve insulin sensitivity. - Alpha-Lipoic Acid: This antioxidant may help reduce oxidative stress and improve insulin sensitivity. 5. Herbal Remedies: - Cinnamon: Some studies suggest that cinnamon can help improve insulin sensitivity. - Fenugreek: Fenugreek seeds are known to help lower blood sugar levels. 6. Monitoring: - Blood Sugar Levels:Regularly monitor your blood sugar levels to understand how different foods and activities affect you. - Consult Your Healthcare Provider: Discuss any dietary or lifestyle changes with your healthcare provider to ensure they are suitable for you. Remember, while these strategies can help manage diabetes naturally, they should be used in conjunction with medical advice and not as a replacement for prescribed medications. #diabetes #beat
