@FredDiBiase247 Dry fasting will reset the pancreas completely and then starting slowly with diluted fruit juices can reverse this.

@FredDiBiase247 Anti-carb will only give you symptom remission for so long but it wont work long term. More importantly carbs are not the root cause (not even close) and excluding them from the diet is not optimal health.
