CAIR is currently fighting the state in court over it. Yet one of the Muslim judges, Christopher Benjamin, now sitting on the bench, has a clear record of defending them... In February 2024, while still a State Representative, Benjamin took the Florida House floor for roughly 10 minutes to passionately defend CAIR during debate on House Resolution 1209.
