Warning: QR code scam on Pay & Display Machines Fingal County Council is warning motorists to be vigilant of a QR scam that has taken place on Pay and Display machines. The Council is aware that a bogus QR sticker is being placed on some machines, bringing the user... to a fraudulent website which requests credit card details and other personal data. This has been reported to An Garda Siochána. Fingal County Council is advising motorists not to scan any QR codes or bar codes that may appear on Pay and Display machines. Instead, download the genuine parking app Payzone in use directly from your phones app store and use this, or pay directly by card or cash where available.show more

Election officials testify that DOMINION voting machines were sending and receiving signals through wifi and connecting to the internet in an active voting location during the 2020 election. A Georgia election official also testified that QR codes located on ballots were used to tabulate votes through the machines instead of the markings made by voters on the actual ballots themselves. This proves that there is no way to actually confirm that Joe Biden won the 2020 election because the QR code can not be read or verified by election officials to determine what the QR code is actually telling the voting machines to tabulate for since it is not reading the actual filled in selections by the voter. This is just another variable and method to program the machines to manipulate, read, and rig an election in your favor.

A woman who died in 2012 was given credit for voting in the Fulton County General Election in 2023. Fulton County stated it was because of "redistricting issues." Someone please explain how someone who died well over a decade ago, voted in the 2023 GA Election, and how it has ANYTHING to do with a "redistricting issue?" This is why they don't want to purge or for you to even see the dirty voter rolls. They need dead voters to produce fake votes. On top of that, QR codes are printed on ballots that YOU can't read. Once you make a selection on the screen, a ballot is printed out with a QR code on it, which contains your selection. If the system is altered, you can have the QR code be printed for whatever candidate you choose and the voter would never know. The QR codes are easily able to be copied as well. How long has Fulton County been rigging elections? No wonder they didn't want us to have the ballots, erased the logs, and original ballot images.

Update from the Fingal County Council budget this evening. Fingal County Council want to increase people's rent in order to pay for the increase in the population of Fingal - I stated the case that there was no immigration impact assessment included in the budget so essentially THEY want to increase YOUR rent because THEY increased the population of YOUR community through THEIR reckless immigration policies. Three motions I submitted were ruled out of order. 1) - "That we, the elected councillors, instruct FCC to increase commercial business rates by 200% on all premises that are involved with the inhumane slaughter of animals through the barbaric practices known as kosher and halal. This rate increase is to include all business premises that serve or sell meat slaughtered in this way." 2) - "To increase the planning application fee by 100,000% on all applications lodged with Fingal County Council for planning permission in respect of the development, extension, or change of use of any building intended for use as an International Protection Accommodation Service (IPAS) centre. This fee increase is to apply to every planning application that includes, facilitates, or enables the accommodation or processing of international protection applicants under the IPAS framework, irrespective of whether the development is new-build, conversion, or material change of use." 3) - "That Fingal County Council defers adoption of Budget 2026 until the Chief Executive provides a full breakdown of Division A expenditures, including RAS/Leasing Programme allocations by beneficiary category, as per the €97.9 million detailed on page 40, to ensure transparency in the €160.3 million Housing budget (Table B, page 27)."

The Irish presidential election nomination process is highly undemocratic, designed to keep out non-regime voices from challenging the cosy consensus. However, Fingal County Council has a standing order in place, that if a minimum of 4 Cllrs. invite you to the council chamber on the day of a "special meeting" you can at least make your case and answer any questions the Cllrs. may have. Any candidate seriously seeking the nomination for the presidency, write me an email at patrick.quinlan@cllrs.fingal.ie, and no matter whether I agree with you or not, I'll work to ensure that Fingal County Councillors at least hear you out.

An investigation was launched; the cyber police registered an FIR, traced the account, identified, located, and arrested the individual in Chaksu, Jaipur, Rajasthan. During a search of his residence, we discovered over 100 tampered QR codes. When asked, he explained that he contacted vendors online, showed interest in their products, and requested their QR codes to make payments. He would then use AI software to alter the information on the QR codes and send the modified versions back to the vendors via WhatsApp. Sometimes, these edited QR codes would automatically save into the vendors' phone galleries, with the merchant's name changed but the QR code itself intact. When someone needed to pay, they would use these saved, altered QR codes from their gallery. This method formed the core of his fraud scheme, and we suspect there could be more victims involved. We will continue the investigation based on the seized items and his phone..."

The Green Party has admitted that its leader Zack Polanski has, until recently, been living on a houseboat in London and may have failed to pay council tax. Dan Neidle, founder of Tax Policy Associates, says he'd like to see an 'explanation' of what happened. A party spokesperson said Mr Polanski had 'taken steps to pay any council tax he may be found to owe' and 'apologised sincerely for the unintentional mistake'.
