The St Andrew North Police have formally charged a man in connection with a viral video depicting the assault of a Nurse Practitioner on Tuesday, May 13. The charges were laid on Saturday, May 17. The accused is 65-year-old businessman Robert Bell of a St. Andrew address. He was charged with: • Assault occasioning actual bodily harm • Assault with intent to cause grievous bodily harm • Assault at common law • Possessing a firearm with intent to commit a first schedule offence • Possession of a firearm with intent to cause injuries Reports are that at about 7:15 p.m., the Nurse Practitioner was on her way to work when her vehicle was impeded by a vehicle driven by Mr. Bell. A dispute ensued between the two individuals, during which the woman was physically assaulted multiple times. The following day, Wednesday, May 14, Bell was apprehended by the police. He was subsequently charged after a question-and-answer interview in the presence of his Attorney. His licensed firearm was also seized by the police. His court date is being finalised.

After he was arrested in Dallas on May 30 for allegedly driving without a valid license, possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of a firearm, a suspect in Texas decided to take the police wheel into his own hands. The incident happened after the suspect secretly removed his left hand from his handcuffs. When officers began driving to jail, the suspect attempted to open the squad car's rear door, prompting the officers to get out of the car, and eventually climbed into the driver’s seat and took off. One of the officers managed to jump into the backseat of the vehicle. That officer then attempted to stop the suspect by tasing him and striking him on the side of the head with his firearm. The suspect opened the driver’s side door and jumped out after driving what police said was a distance of about 1,000 feet. At that point, the police officer was able to regain control of the patrol car, and the suspect was given medical assistance before being taken back into custody, where he faces numerous charges.

The baby’s mother, Rebecca Haro, was knocked unconscious during the attack by a stranger who she says greeted her in Spanish. When Rebecca woke up with a black eye, her son was gone. Police have launched a major manhunt, using search teams & K9 scent-tracking dogs. The family, who say they have no enemies, is pleading for his return. Rebecca said, "I'm begging you please, if you know anything, I'm begging you please bring him back,". Emmanuel's father, Jake Haro, also pleaded, "Just give us our son. Keep him safe, don’t hurt him, make sure you feed him and change him". Emmanuel is described as weighing 21 pounds, with brown hair, brown eyes, & a noticeable cross-eye. NEW: Internet sensation "Lieutenant Dan" has been arrested over a dozen times and is accused of trying to set a woman on fire. 54-year-old Joseph Malinowsk went viral for refusing to leave his boat in the Tampa area ahead of Hurricane Milton. There is an open criminal case over whether or not his boat even belongs to him. He has also been arrested for battery against a law enforcement officer, drug possession, and attempted breaking and entering. In February, Malinowsk reportedly got into an argument with a woman who was on a concrete bench. He approached the woman and poured gasoline on the bench where she was sitting and allegedly set it on fire. Malinowsk then started pouring water on her and tried to light her on fire as well. NEW: Internet sensation "Lieutenant Dan" has been arrested over a dozen times and is accused of trying to set a woman on fire. 54-year-old Joseph Malinowsk went viral for refusing to leave his boat in the Tampa area ahead of Hurricane Milton. There is an open criminal case over whether or not his boat even belongs to him. He has also been arrested for battery against a law enforcement officer, drug possession, and attempted breaking and entering. In February, Malinowsk reportedly got into an argument with a woman who was on a concrete bench. He approached the woman and poured gasoline on the bench where she was sitting and allegedly set it on fire. Malinowsk then started pouring water on her and tried to light her on fire as well. A visitor identified as Livia captured the video on July 16 while walking at Urquhart Castle, on the shores of Loch Ness, Scotland.
