If you are a honest and straight forward ceo or cfo then you will disclose as much as you can so that your investors understand what is going on. Problem is that is not what happens.

You have CEO’s who have no clue how to run the company and they are being let by the private equity that is owned by the company. This should be no surprise to any investor. In the end mr. Buffett is right.
