I had a sw in the early 80s while stationed in what was then West Germany. It was interesting hearing the East German intelligence doing this in German.

Manoto TV reported that the station transmits coded Persian messages via shortwave radio, messages that, according to some intelligence experts, may be used to communicate with sources inside Iran. The broadcasts reportedly began a few hours after the attacks on the Islamic Republic started, and the source of the transmission appears to be in Western Europe. During the broadcast, a Persian-speaking voice can be heard saying, “Attention, attention,” followed by sequences of numbers.
