I would argue this is an entire genre of music very specific in its place in time. The gummy bears theme also was like this. A very kind of pop show tune thing.

Personally I prefer the Jim Cummings version that was recorded. More personality for it imo he just fits it better

This series is a salve for the soul.(and yeah the intro slaps right up their with Gummy Bears & Duck Tales) Pity Sir Brian the small knight & the cowardly dragon never made it to the shows. Would’ve jump started my love for medieval fantasy a lot sooner.
