When I first read the script for #PRESCHOOL, I knew it was a world I’d have a lot of fun with - especially being familiar with the admissions process. (Turns out adults can get pretty competitive about where their four-year-olds go to school) At its core, this movie is about parents who just want the best for their kids, and how their own insecurities can complicate things. It’s funny, relatable, a little absurd (you know me), and hopefully a reminder not to take life quite so seriously. Forming their own communities and still bringing a third-world mentality to the UK... Another group of people who help make the UK more diverse because at the end of the day DIVERSITY IS OUR STRENGTH... The UK is a lot better without forced diversity, etc.

Can one person change the culture of an organization? Yes. We all know that can definitely happen in a negative way. One person can shift the energy of a room, school, or an organization, to make it worse than what it was before. The opposite can be true as well. I saw individuals shift the culture of entire rooms in moments by bringing their energy and people fed off their enthusiasm, and the dynamic of the culture changed in moments. We often discuss culture like it’s someone else’s responsibility but culture is made up of people. And eventually that one person who can bring a positive light to an organization can diminish their own. No matter how optimistic, joyful and passionate a person can be, never assume they are “good.” Check in on people even when they seem like they don’t need it, because often they do. One person can move the culture ahead in a positive direction, but that individual might also need your energy to keep them going. Education is about elevation and whether you are positive or negative, it is contagious? Which one will you be?

The far left Minister of Diversity and Inclusion plans to allocate $1.2 million to train cops on how to combat hate crimes - and criticizes "so-called leaders" who propagate "white nationalism and radical right-wing ideology." Some might view this initiative as a bit misguided, others find it a need, I find it repulsive, unconstitutional, and another direct assault on people with European ancestry.

Okay so this got way out of hand as per usual 😊 So I accidentally built an entire DOS text-based user interface (TUI) running on the web called PieterOS: 💾 It has a collective file system so anyone that opens it can save and edit and the drive is constantly synced, it has Notepad, Paint, a DOS Terminal emulator, File Commander (ala Norton) And PieterGPT where you can talk to AI I also made Program Generator 9000, and the idea is you write a prompt and it on-the-fly generates a new program inside PieterOS, but it doesn't work well yet Oh and it has Hacker News, of course 😂 I always wanted to build a TUI like this but never could before AI, but now I can 😍 Please be kind and remember everyone can see each other's files!
