@MararaMoabelo We don't want to go deeper into these. We don't want them to explain. They should not come here. We're xenophobic, we hate them. Why are they coming then?

@MararaMoabelo They going to say they are gays , especially Zimbabwe bcs their government is not allowing gays

@MararaMoabelo We don’t want them here. They must fokof back to their homes ☝🏻

@MararaMoabelo On average how long asylum processing takes? Can asylum seeker appeal the negative ruling? If appealing the ruling is allowed, on average how long does the appeal process takes?

@MararaMoabelo Can ConCourt gives them food while they are here? So that they don't rob and kill us?

@MararaMoabelo If their application is rejected, what difference would it make? This person is already here illegally and chances they've been here for the longest time. They'll just disappear into the country as they've always done. These criminals MUST be arrested. Finish and klaar!!

@MararaMoabelo SouthAfricans we should not give-up, lets protect our country but 1st lets deal with elephant in the room, the constitution....lets get relevant graduates or even vasity students to amend it cause ConCourt & NGO beats us ka our weak constitution #POWERLunch

Let me tell you something, @MararaMoabelo. It’s fair to hear asylum seekers out but while the department is still determining whether their claims are legitimate, they’re given permits allowing them to remain in the country. And do you know how long Home Affairs can take to finalise these cases? Years. Parliament recently reported a backlog of about 139,000 cases. That’s where the frustration comes from. And that raises the bigger question: does South Africa actually have the capacity to accommodate a growing number of asylum seekers while applications and appeals remain unresolved for years? We already have enormous pressure on housing, healthcare, schools, policing and employment. Humanitarian obligations matter, but so does the state’s capacity to process claims quickly and manage the system properly. That’s the conversation we should be having.

@MararaMoabelo Zimbabweans are the last of your problems worry about al shabab and boko haram 😂😂😂

@MararaMoabelo It's not a question of interpretation. Its a matter of fact that we're incapacitated to process the entire world, let alone make timeous determinations and deportations. This will render SA vulnerable to social disorder.

@MararaMoabelo Guys the UN doesnt even pay for them its is all paid by US south africans..we are the ones paying for this headache why??why are we spending billions on asylums they are not even skilled ppl first you guys said they are investors and their not taking jobs ?? Why are they MEN

@MararaMoabelo What happens to the people who get declined? How do we ensure that they’re sent back? The whole thing is flawed and has too many bad choices

@MararaMoabelo That’s like letting a house robber into your home, sitting him down, making him coffee, and politely asking, ‘So, why are you here to rob me?’

@MararaMoabelo They’re here because they’re poor economic migrants. South Africa 🇿🇦 has the highest unemployment rate in the world the insistence to even be consider letting foreigners in is beyond retarded… fuck the constitutional court everyone needs flambé something when they get a chance!

@MararaMoabelo I mean its easier to say close BMA and let everyone in

@MararaMoabelo With that understanding how long do you think it will take home affairs to process them? Do they have that capacity? What will they be doing in our country whilst home affairs is processing them?

@MararaMoabelo We’re in this mess because of the clever blacks

@MararaMoabelo We must take to the streets

@MararaMoabelo Thats still stupid 🙉🙉😪

@MararaMoabelo Does he not know how long it takes to get to a final decision on asylum since they can have endless appeals?

@MararaMoabelo Lolz, which country lets you in without a visa??? South Africa is a Big joke

@MararaMoabelo We don't want them at all💔💔💔 juuuuuuuuu modimo hle where are u 😓😓😓

@MararaMoabelo We have past the stages of discussing this, these people are not wanted in the country what is so difficult in understanding that . A peaceful March was done on the 30 of June and I thought a message was sent but it didn’t reach the ears

@MararaMoabelo Then our government is bullshit. I am beginning to doubt these officials from all spheres of our government have credible qualifications. We need to investigate.

@MararaMoabelo How do you do that process with porous borders 🤷

@MararaMoabelo What a lazy interpretation of the ruling. 1. These people never leave. 2. The first country rule doesn’t apply anymore. 3. It doesn’t take less than 5 years to process and to investigate these asylum claims. So imagine if 1 million people apply, they will stay till the ruling.

@MararaMoabelo They most go that it

@MararaMoabelo Thank you for clarity some south Africans dnt think. This is a good way of finding rapist and murders by taking their fingerprints.

@MararaMoabelo SA is a classical case study 📚 of a NGO led country with profound consequences suffered by its citizens while lawlessness is being allowed.

@MararaMoabelo Absolute Rubbish

@MararaMoabelo We need to be like 🇵🇱 Poland 🇵🇱 saze sawuncenga unbhedo

@MararaMoabelo A sane person would allow a thief into their home and ask, why are you here? Indeed ordinary SAns are in for a long bloodshed.

@MararaMoabelo How do out tell someone who is already in the country that they cannot come into the country... Even worse we don't know where these people stay

@MararaMoabelo Let's have a refugee camps and see if those people will still come In
