Shabana Mahmood's new "safe and legal routes", allowing hundreds of thousands of refugees and asylum seekers, sponsored by mosques and NGOs, to settle in Britain, is based on the 2023 Fabian Society proposal, Lawful and Fair: Building A Better Migration System. The paper prohibits deportations and says that democracy does not mean "that every policy must command a majority" of public support. Sponsors will receive taxpayer subsidies to support the migrants, and migrants must repay £10,000 in housing costs — but this can come from benefits, also paid by British taxpayers. This is while they are given brand new homes in small villages, despite the Home Office admitting that they pose a threat to schools and nurseries. Mahmood also quietly reversed the ban on illegal migrants gaining British citizenship, saying it was "outside their control" that they paid a people smuggler to ferry them to Britain. Immigration policy is a crucial part of their gradual socialist revolution. It is why Labour will never respect the public's wishes to see immigration stopped and reversed. The next government must commit not just to sending everyone imported via this scheme back, but to stripping citizenship from illegal migrants and the Boriswave. Otherwise, we will be stuck with these people, and their costs and crimes, forever.

That Axel Rudakubana was born in Wales or that others grew up in Britain is IRRELEVANT. Rudakubana's obsession with the Rwandan genocide underscores this point. This is a fundamental fact that the media and politicians will not discuss. The implications are so explosive they would prefer to say it is "far right" misinformation to suggest the Southport massacre is linked to the asylum system. THIS IS WRONG. The link is obvious. The sociological and psychological evidence is clear. So why do we continue to import so many from troubled lands? More broadly, the asylum system has imported HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of fit, young men, many of whom have seen - or participated in - unspeakable horrors. We've allowed them to arrive on our shores bringing all that baggage with them. Huge numbers are incapable of integrating, emotionally dead or stunted and suffering serious psychological issues - some are simply criminals and murderers. The same goes for the 1,000+ radicalised British-born immigrant offspring who left Britain to fight for ISIS in Syria and have returned even more psychologically disturbed but brutally hardened, many of them murderers. In the context of systemic racism, the chant is based on the racist prejudice that migrants, refugees and asylum seekers - mostly racialized people in Europe - do not belong in the EU. This incident followed the vote on the Return Regulation, a law that will vastly expand the EU's detention and deportation of undocumented people. For years, European leaders have scapegoated migrants, refugees and asylum seekers to distract from their own failures to deal with the consequences of cuts to public services, the housing crisis and the rising cost of living. President Roberta Metsola’s condemnation of this is welcome but not enough. As the EU prepares its harshest assault on migrants’ rights in recent memory, these scenes are a warning of what lies ahead if we fail to change course. This must be a moment of reckoning to confront racism in Europe.

The Home Office originally promised asylum accommodation would cost just £4.5 billion over ten years. That figure has now exploded to £15.3 billion, more than triple the original budget. This is a national disgrace. Britain is drowning in debt with public sector net debt at 93.1% of GDP. The country has suffered record tax rises pushing the tax burden to all-time highs, sky-high energy bills hammering families, and creaking public services on the brink, yet billions are being wasted on asylum claims where most are economic migrants — military-aged men clearly gaming the system. It’s a p!ss take! In 2024-25 alone, asylum support swallowed around £4 billion of taxpayers' money, with expensive hotels eating up £2.1 billion of it. Even now, nearly 31,000 asylum seekers remain in hotels, costing a fortune every single day while pensioners and public services go short. The numbers driving this crisis are truly shocking. In 2025, a staggering 41,262 people arrived on small boats, a 13% increase on 2024, and these crossings made up 89% of all detected illegal entries into the UK. Overall, 100,625 people claimed asylum last year. Worse still, the appeal backlog has ballooned to a record 80,333 cases at the end of 2025, a shocking 91% increase from the previous year. This means tens of thousands more people staying in the system longer, driving up costs even further. Over 107,000 people are now receiving asylum support, with the hotel bill still running into billions. Hard-working families are footing the bill for a system that has completely spiralled out of control.

This Indian who came on a student visa, her studies have ended. She’s not yet working may not even get a job and we’ll have to return to India. Backup plan , went to the CJP protest at Trafalgar Square. She jumped on the bandwagon because she believes it could strengthen an asylum claim in the UK by arguing that she fears prosecution in India for attending the protest. This isn’t a new tactic. Many people believe some asylum seekers are advised to attend political protests and then claim they cannot return to their home country for fear of persecution or prosecution because of their political activities. Whether those claims are genuine is for the authorities to assess, but this issue has been debated for years.

On the 11th of August 2025, the Irish Government published IPAS Inspection Reports (which are simply reports on inspections carried out at facilities housing economic migrants) - these inspections were carried out at multiple facilities across the country and give an insight into the number of apartments (in particular) the Irish Government have commandeered to house economic migrants, at the expense of both homeless Irish people and our young (who are leaving the country in their thousands because they have no hope of ever securing a home in Ireland). This video will show that we have a manufactured housing and homeless crisis, which has been created by the Irish Government's Mass Immigration, Open Borders Agenda. It's obvious to the whole country that there is a very serious problem with our examination system. This is not just the question of the NEET but major examinations. Now, the minister has blamed everybody except himself. I don't think he understands the fundamentals of what's going on here. The issue is that there are millions of students in this country who are extremely concerned about what is going on and who are convinced that the Indian examination system is a fraud. Millions of people believe that if you're rich, you can buy the Indian examination system, and this is the same feeling we as the Opposition have. This is why we are asking some very simple questions to the Hon. Minister. 👉As this is a systemic issue, what exactly are you doing to fix the issue at a systemic level? : LoP Shri Rahul Gandhi
