Competence of that SAPS call center, ooh Lord.

South Africa doesn't have a crime problem, it has a policing problem.

The reason it’s a waste of time sometimes phoning police emergency services. Every single one of them needs training on taking calls. The once I requested emergency service on the N17 before city deep. The operator keeps asking me where is City Deep exit on the N17. 🤦🏻♂️

The most unproffessional SAPS OFFICER answering the call.

Pay careful attention to the call centre staffer, that explains it all. Firstly, when you phone a police station, they are supposed to immediately locate the exact location where the call is being made.

- Who am I speaking to? - Giovanni - Thobani? - Yeah - Ok 😅😅😅

I wish Ramaphosa can hear how his SAPS or emergency services are so inept. Instead of taking a phone number & finding someone with whatsapp she just says I don't have whatsapp. I'm sick to my stomach!

Ohhh no. Can @NamolaApp hire me to do their Public Relations, please. Geez. I'm so hurt that these guys didn't use the Namola App to call the police. I've used the platform so many times and it's more efficient than calling 10111. NB: This is not a promo Xweet.

The calmness of the call Centre is so frustrating.

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I honestly feel matric shouldn't be the only requirement to get a job @ SAPS , this lady sounds like a Shoprite till operate
