As long as countries beg for the US dollar for growth, these deep-state players will highlight flaws in other countries' democracies, with the sole purpose of securing their commissions, while you profit from their dollars.

An amazing orator ! India needs to clone this man!

Basically he said: we give no fcuks to your judgment of our democracy because we know it is part of your foreign policy trickery.

Nobody gives it as well as Dr. S Jaishankar gives it. After all, he's K Subramanyam's son.

The epitome of USA's democracy was when Trump lose the election and he had tried to not vacate White House.

I like the way EAM Jaishankar put the issue in a wider context that allows to highlight how the US has a penchant for commenting on affairs globally, especially when not warranted. He also delegitimized the various “rankings” as part of the same effort to target countries.

There is no doubt, American democracy has a cause of concern... it doesnt have any Election commission which is neutral department to conduct election.

In Washington DC, when asked about US political leaders' comments on democracy in India, External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar highlighted two key aspects: the reality of globalization and its impact on politics. He pointed out that political discourse increasingly transcends national boundaries, and noted that the United States actively engages in this practice. Jaishankar's remarks underscore the complexities of international relations and the interconnectedness of global political dynamics.

Giving usa taste of his own food

He has put it across nicely to the US on its interference in countries globally including India.
