The problem isn’t Democracy. “Our Constitution was made for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.” -John Adams, 2nd U.S. President

The 12 Democrats who make the most sense for 2028.

Democracy - to work as intended - relies on the assumption that there is a population suitable for it. If you tinker with the population that organically evolved to have democracy - and its values - then it could end up being self-destructive. Not all populations are suitable for democracy; some just aren’t even if they think they are, others openly against it - because of the values. As such, democracy cannot be a system suitable for everyone, as if it’s a mathematical statement pushed by so many. In other words, alter your population and its values so drastically and so quickly, you also risk the democracy.

I have spent time in Dubai It is a beautiful city that defines the very best of multiculturalism Safe, immaculately clean, fabulous food from each & every corner of the world, beautiful music & tolerant friendly people And I can’t miss saying..fabulous shopping☮️

Eloquent, UAE is a model (also Singapore). The development of good governance is tied to culture. Western assumptions miss this. The identity crisis in the West is liberalism alone cannot govern effectively without deep roots in Judeo-Christian beliefs. Rudderless. The West’s disorder, polarized politics, deterioration of values, is perhaps the seeds of change and reformation. Turbulent, typical, the West’s inclination for disruption followed by order is a constant for 2,000 years.

yes!👍

Agree with you 1000%. Democracy doesn’t suit every society. UAE is a beacon of hope, progress, tolerance in the world! They lead by example.

"What suits you does not have to fit me. Every society must craft a system that reflects its own values, threats, and vision." Yes, no size fits all!"

When the message comes from a moderate in an extremist region, it hits the ear differently and rings true. Hmm…

Interesting. 🧐
