The looting ANC. Giyani Water Project (meant to serve about 55 villages) began as a 2014 emergency contract of roughly R90 million. It was rapidly expanded without proper procurement to R2.2 billion, and Lepelle Northern Water ultimately paid the main contractor (LTE Consulting) about R4.1 billion. The Special Investigating Unit (SIU) found the awards irregular and unlawful, Still the people have water problems.
R4billion of our taxes was allocated to Giyani Water Project under Nomvula, but she chowed it with her toy boys from ANCYL like Luvo Makasi, Jimmy Tau, Reggie Nkabinde, etc. So you can't fool us. @ANCYLhq @nomvulamoko_ @Jimmytau2
Fixing the same issue for more than 10years? The project that started with R 90 million budget 12 years later more than R 4 billion is pent, but you are still fixing it. Go tell donkeys that @MYANC can fix what they broke.
