I like Bart. He's an agnostic atheist, and knows his lane as a historian. That history is quite meaningful to me, and understanding the "historic Jesus" informs my faith. His book "Did Jesus Exist" is a good overview of how this is viewed historically.

Why are there some atheist cranks that try to “prove” Christ did not exist? Is this some lame attempt at discrediting Christianity? I saw a documentary on this once. It was really bad. Notice they never come out and say Mohammed never existed…that might get them in trouble.
