Water CS Eric Mugaa confronts contractor over shoddy work

This guy only appears on media when working. Wandayi and Mbadi kazi yao ni kutusomea kila siku.

This is just drama, the system that allowed a contractor who is not qualified to get that contract is the problem ,nothing will be done coz someone big owns the contract,it is why he will always find this shoody work and appear to be working, fix the bloody procurement system

shida si sifuna, gachagua, Ruto etc shida ni Sisi wakenya,ata the holiest guy akue president police will still shoot to kill, corruption will be there, doctors will still be incompetent unfortunately

I wish the CSs had the autonomy of working things out without being controlled from the state. Things could be better. Today it's only one person doing all the ministerial jobs.

This is all for show and drama. pretending to be working. it is not his job to direct contractors. Let him look at his job description again. it seems he doesn't understand his role. where is the consultant, Project manager, RE, Site supervisors? before he barks at a contractor!

Who hired this people?

Vitendawili and many other things. A CS is not a project manager to go and rectify contractors. He is as incompetent as his boss @WilliamsRuto

I hope that this is not just "mere showbiz" for the cameras!
