If you want to simulate water on a spinning globe you have to use the same rotational speed which is 1 rotation per day NOT the 86,400 rotations per day demonstrated here. Spin it at the same speed as the earth and you with find no measurable outward centrifugal force.

The earth does not spin at the same rpm as the thing in the bottom image. Rotate it at the rate the earth rotates, which is 1 rotation per day. You'll notice how the water no longer does that. That thing rotates 28 times. That's the equivalent of 28 days in 40 seconds.

On a spherical Earth, gravity points toward Earth’s center, so the ocean follows a curved equipotential surface. Locally it looks flat because Earth’s curvature is tiny over short distances. 3. “Water is older than the Sun.” Some of the material that became Earth’s water predates the Sun, yes. But that’s not evidence for flat Earth. Hydrogen was produced in the early universe, oxygen was produced inside earlier generations of stars, and water molecules existed in interstellar space before the Solar System formed. 4. “We have no idea where Earth’s water came from.” Also false. It seems you don't know that the Earth doesn't spin at a furious speed; instead, one rotation takes 24 hours. Without a container, water falls all the way down until it hits the floor or the ground. On Earth, "down" is towards the center of the planet. So where is the problem?
