This video alone got 9M views for an app called Ustwo They built the viral features right into the app. And now they can just spam this format to keep scaling. Keep this in mind when building your product. ( viral features )

Hot Take: The New Camera app on iOS 26 is GREAT i initially hated it when i first saw it on the keynote, but now that i've used it, I'm loving it It’s familiar while being really simple I've always felt that the Camera app on iOS has gotten really complex and convoluted in these last few years, and the new one fixes that, while still being as nuanced as the old app if you configure it the way you want it to behave takes some time to get used to, but this is great, it really does simplify the whole Ul but, this could've been the perfect time for Apple to introduce Manual controls as an Option in the Native app, even after all this redesign, Apple is still stubborn on not adding Manual Controls it's 2025 Apple,if you're gonna let users shoot LOG Video from the Native App, let us have Manual Controls as an option in the Native App, instead of downloading third party apps👏 i wonder how people shoot LOG Videos without Manual Controls💀

These apps need to be stopped 😭 1 alarms app is printing $200k/mo And its so simple I literally cloned the exact same app in 5 minutes with Fable 5 + higgsfield mcp to create all the visuals they have a UGC army of 5 - 10 spamming the same viral format the marketing is easy, the building is easy. im not saying to go clone an app, im telling you to go make an app theres no excuse i retired my mom and my wife from building apps, it works and you are still early The time is now get to building.

I'm not an engineer, but I rebuilt Savee — the app a million designers use Friday, 5pm. I asked Claude how much work it would take to rebuild our iOS app fully native. It had been sitting on our someday list for years, waiting for a team we didn't have. I stopped waiting and built it myself — a designer with Claude Code, one feature at a time. Claude wrote the Swift; I answered with the feedback designers give: two points left, lighter tint, that corner radius is wrong. Another round. And another. 33 days from the first prompt to live on the App Store. 1,078 prompts. Three releases in the first week. Something changed for designers. The distance between an idea and shipping used to be a team, a budget, and a year. Now it's a conversation. Savee 3.0 is out. It's the app I always wanted us to have 🚀

I spent ~$40k on multiple dev teams, worked on it for over 2 years before we even got it to market, and in the end opportunity and monetary costs killed it.
