Sadly, if if the intention is genuine, it can only be advisory, like other unofficial election observation bodies. The only officially recognized electoral agency/commission in the country remains, INEC, which has the powers to conduct, collate, process, transmit, and announce election results. But the the Peter Obi' intended unofficial transmission systems will add value to the elections. So it's a welcome development that will solidify our elections, nevertheless.
