There are warnings of a high risk of wildfires across England and Wales this weekend, due to the hot weather and dry conditions. At Tintwistle Moor in Derbyshire, fire crews are tackling a fire that's been burning since 24 June. Today the fire service urged people not to go walking in the exclusion zone around the area, as this prevents helicopters being used to drop water on the fire.

For those still without power here are some safety tips: - Use flashlights instead of candles to reduce fire risk. - Check on neighbors—especially seniors and those with medical needs. - Keep refrigerators and freezers closed as much as possible. - If using space heaters, keep them at least 3 feet away from anything flammable. Stay safe and look out for one another.
