He illegally entered the US in 2023, was caught at the border, then released under Biden era policies. California issued him a commercial driver’s license anyway. He later falsified his logbook, failed to brake, and crushed a stopped car between two semis, killing an innocent man. ICE put out a detainer, but King County released him because of sanctuary policies. This death was preventable. Open border policies and reckless licensing decisions have real consequences, and this is one of them.

After multiple law-enforcement agencies launched an investigation earlier this month, they inspected 105 commercial vehicles — and 31 illegal alien drivers with commercial driver’s licenses were arrested.
